We will ONLY hire Decker Homes/Builders! Pat Decker (Decker Homes/Builders) built our home 20+ years ago. We have both an architect and a builder (lives a good distance away) in our family and BOTH have commented throughout the years that our house is built so well structurally, and that you just don't see houses built this way or this well anymore. A few years ago, we made the mistake of having another builder re-model our bathroom, simply because he was doing some work already in the neighborhood and was recommended by a friend. Never again. We had to have Decker consult during that job as well as repair some mistakes afterwards. Decker is a true craftsman. He is reliable and honest. He is old-school and only works with old-school contractors right down to electricians and plumbers. We recently had someone in servicing our second floor heating system (located in our attic). He even commented on how well our house was framed. Keep in mind, our house was built/framed 20+ years ago! And….Decker still has the same, great framer working with him. Use Decker for building, remodeling, etc. You will not be sorry.
