Agree with the other reviewer. Avoid DGR homes at all costs! They build fast and look beautiful, but you will regret after a year of living in your new home. Regret that you paid so much only to find out how poor quality of home it is. They cut corners in every way possible and homes will just come with problem after problem. They promise to come back and fix but they never do. Horrible business practices. Buyer beware!!

Avoid Avoid Avoid!
We bought our house from DGR in March of 2018. To say the attention to detail, customer service and responsiveness to issues with our house is below par would be an understatement for a brand new house that costs a million dollars plus.
The first issue we had was the drain in the master shower not being hooked up properly, causing water damage to the drywall on the first floor, during the first shower in our house. The second issue we had is the constant truss lift issues that are still on going. DGR's fix for that problem was to put caulking in the cracks and then paint over them. This is the equivalent to putting a band aid on a broken arm, your not really addressing the real problem. To this day DGR claims this is not their problem, even though we have had an engineer come out and inspect the problem and determine it will be an ongoing issue until addressed properly. Their fix to that lasted all of 3 months. The 2-10 warranty they sell with the house doesn't cover this cause it is structural and due to how long they waited to address the issue, it doesn't apply to the 1 year appearance portion of the 2-10 warranty. The third issue we've had was our E-one grinder pump being improperly wired, per an E-one certified technician. This caused our plumbing to be backed up in the house and two trips by a waste pumping company to drain the vault and displaced my family for about a week out of house. The fourth issue is the drainage problems in our yard. Their attempt to fix the drainage didn't address the full problem, we have a mud pit for a yard with all of the grass dead essentially, plus they didn't slope the water away from the house. Not to count the trees they left that should have taken down in the area of our house, one falling into our house, the other totaling my neighbors car. The fifth problem we had was our kitchen sink being cracked and not being addressed quickly enough by them. This caused water to drain into our cabinetry for months on end. When approached about it, instead of physically coming to look at the problem they insisted it was most likely a loose pipe under the sink in the plumbing. Finally, the warranty work that they did complete was poorly done for the most part. They spent one day working on our issues. We have two different shades of the paint on the walls, because they didn't leave the original paint with the house for patching and duplication. The painting they did do that was a different color they over sprayed on to our existing walls causing splatter etc.
The worst part of purchasing a house from DGR is trying to get a hold of them to come complete any and all of the one year work they say they are going to do. Our work wasn't started till June 19 and they said they completed it in August 19. It would take multiple emails and phone calls to Mike and Dom, to get any kind of work done. In some cases they would say there is no solution to a problem. This was the case for most of my neighbors as well. Finally, the fact that they wouldn't come inspect problems in person speaks volumes about their company, when we approached them multiple times.
Long story short we have had to sink thousands of dollars into our house just to get it right, with more on the horizon. Your best bet is to avoid these guys at all costs and find another home builder. I know we won't be buying from them in the future, suggesting anyone buy from them and wouldn't advise anyone in doing so.

Our house was built by DGR the first half of 2013. We consider ourselves lucky to have found the DGR team and love our new home. The experience of working with Dom, who is very professional, was pleasant and we appreciate the fact that he wasn't a pushy sales man nor was he dismissive of our wants/needs. He listened and was available to us throughout the process. He was willing to negotiate with us which was also a plus.
The gem of the company is Michael Roland (Project Manager). I'm a huge fan of Mike's professionalism, work ethic, and overall attentiveness. He always responds to calls/texts/emails in a timely manner and I knew things were going to get done if Mike was involved. Building a house is a stressful process and we were by no means easy customers, but despite all the demands we somehow got our house within 5 months of signing papers with DGR.
One thing we'd ask for them to improve would be the time it takes to fix the blue taped items found at the walk through. Otherwise we'd happily recommend DGR to others. The service and quality of work is great!
