Lost faith in builder; list of issues are not addressed in a timely manner. Sorry but would not recommend this builder.

We have a home we bought from Diamante in 2021, and there was a list of issues which needed to be completed which the builder agreed to complete within a few months. These issues included faulty and wrong light connections, fireplace not working, missing window screens, some missing door hardware, and so on. Now as we are approaching almost 10 months after our closing date this list is still not finished by the builder. We recently heard that they have also gone into bankruptcy. When you pay such a high price for a luxury home you expect a certain level of professionalism which we have not seen from this team at all. We would not recommend this construction team to anyone at this point.

I have worked with leonard, NiK, Michael, Keith, and Chris and they are very nice. They build very nice beautiful homes.

Top notch customer service to go along with a top notch finished product! Being in the mortgage industry myself I interviewed countess builders but settled on Diamante. From the time of my initial meeting to the closing of my loan Keith and Bridget were with me every step of the way. They worked with my budget and went above and beyond to help create a one of kind of custom home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom home builder with an impeccable reputation.

Diamante Homes is building a home for my clients. Keith Norman, with Diamante has been the ultimate professional. My clients live out of the state so keeping them up to date on the process is of the utmost importance. Diamante uses the latest technology to keep my clients and myself in the loop. The property has very challenging topography and not just any builder could be trusted to build there. I have ever confidence that Diamante can and will get the job done. Custom home building is VERY exciting!! Just like anything in life there is always "bumps" on the road!!! Having the "RIGHT VEHICLE" to get you through these "BUMPS" is the KEY!! Diamante Custom Homes is that "RIGHT VEHICLE" to get you through this process. Keith is very kind and PATIENT. Chris Pastrano is easy to talk to and communicates clearly to minimize confusion. When there is 20 moving parts to a project communication and clarity becomes very important. Janis is an advocate for the homeowner and VERY knowledgeable. I think she has won couple of accounting awards!

Our team works extremely hard to build a high quality home with a very high communicative process. There are bumps along the way, but as long as we can properly identify, prescribe, and find a solution that best benefits our homeowners then we all win!

They did a phenomenal job on our build. Communication was great throughout the build process. I’ve have had several home builders come into our home since we moved in and they have all made comments about how nice the build out was.

Diamante took us from concept to "Parade Home." If you can dream it, Diamante WILL BUILD, and that's exactly what they did for us. Our gallery https://www.houzz.com/projects/2764870/hill-country-chic hardly does justice to how sturdy, luxurious, comfortable, and a joy our house is to live in. Finally, we get a lot of attention to our aircraft hangar viewable from the upstairs office. I would highly recommend this company for the discerned, overly involved, attention-oriented prospective home buyers. Thanks, Team!
