Our new home was a project that I had been planning for over two years and John and Cathy executed my vision wonderfully and made this custom project a reality. Their professionalism and exceptional customer service made this project a very pleasant experience. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Our house really stands out from others and we love it ! We recommand them and would not hesitate to get another Diamond Home in the futur!

Our family decided to leave the GTA and retire in the Quinte West area in late 2019. After researching homes in the region, Diamond Homes by Davis seemed to have the most to offer when it came to choice, options and pricing. We reached out to them in the summer of 2019 around the same time that we listed and began showing our home in the GTA. We worried about lining up our closing dates but Davis Homes were extremely accommodating in helping us make it work. We met in the subdivision, in the model home that we were interested in and they very professionally stepped us through the process, answering all of our questions and at no time pressuring us. We were very impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail in the homes as well as the myriad of choices when it came to upgrades. Again, during the process of choosing upgrades and options, they were very up front without any pressure and at no time did we feel confused or blind sided by hidden costs. Communication during the building of the home was excellent and they met their initial closing without issue. We have been in our home for a year now and couldn't be happier with our purchase. A few minor issues arose in the first 6 months and Diamond addressed them immediately and to our complete satisfaction. We entered this life changing decision with some trepidation but thanks to Diamond the experience was excellent and certainly exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate in highly recommending Diamond Homes.

We both built our first “ New Home” with Diamond Homes. Being new to the experience, we had lots of questions in regards of the new home building process. The owner of Diamond Homes, John Davis very trustworthy and honest going through the building blocks and the relationship with him made himself available to answer any questions and address any concerns and willingness to go extra miles to find solutions when needed. We were able to select a floor plan that met our needs and our budget, and also had the options to choose Paint colors, floorings, windows, kitchen cabinets, bathrooms amongst others options and upgrades. Diamond homes also provided an interior designer ( Rachel) who helped us to pull together on our selections and also keep us on the right track. We contacted Diamond in the spring about a new build in the Trenton area. The house will be completed in the fall. This family run business has been a pleasure to deal with. Personable and professional, they always made themselves available for questions and updates. Most importantly, the costs have been completely in line with the quality and they have always been up front and honest when it came to available or additional upgrades along the way. Their design support staff and the vendors used for lighting and cabinetry were also top notch. Highly recommended...

We purchased a home from Diamond homes, although we were unable to have a hand in the interior and exterior design as the home was already under construction, we were very happy with all the finishings and layout of the home. Diamond homes is professional and create a wonderful home.
