It’s hard to find the words for this amazing builder. From start to finish (and even after) they have made us feel welcome, made the process simple, and were always available for us. The idea of a custom build can be daunting, but Divine Custom Homes makes it as easy as a walk in the park. We are truly in love with our Divine home and wished we had found them soon!

As have many others, once we decided on building a new home, my husband and I headed out to the local Parade of Homes Tour to check out what the custom home builders had to offer. With exceptional craftsmanship and a ‘non-cookie cutter’ design as our top criteria for builder selection, Divine Custom Homes surfaced as our clear favorite of the Tour’s luxury home inventory. Leveraging their deep knowledge and experience in this building category, the Divine design and construction teams delivered a work product that exceeded our expectations for quality and comfort, energy efficiency and visual appeal inside and out. And this was all underpinned by skillful project management who monitored, coordinated and reported on daily/weekly activities and included us in the decision making process as appropriate. I am beyond delighted with our new home. I highly recommend Divine Custom Homes to anyone who is looking to work with an impressive group of creative, business and construction resources that strive for excellence in their respective crafts and want nothing more than to provide their customer with not just a house but with a home.

After attending the Twin Cities Parade of Homes for several years we struck gold in 2007 by visiting a house that checked all of our boxes with one exception; location. At that moment we knew we had identified our builder. Thus began a seven year endeavor. The process took seven years as a result of the housing collapse in 2008 plus a slower recovery than normal in the area where we intended to build. During this period, we met with Divine countless times to refine the plans, seek their advice, price out different options, etc. During the six year design phase we never felt rushed or as though we were inconveniencing the staff at Divine. They were very patient, thorough, and their design ideas/suggestions addressed our needs perfectly. Once ground was broken, things came together quickly and the construction phase was well organized. Through technology (Builder Trend) a Gantt was our guide to know when we would see each item delivered. Final thoughts: •The punch list was very small •The house was completed on time for the Spring Parade •Construction costs were in line with the competition •Site remained clean and accessible •Service after the sale – top notch! We love our Divine home and would welcome any questions about the process.

Building a new house is very stressful, but finding a good builder is at least twice that. I work for a wholesale flooring company that supplies Divine Custom Homes their flooring products. I enjoy working for Divine because his homeowners are given a more then fair allowance to spend on floorcovering. So many of the OTHER builders I work with offer their customers allowances that are not consistant with the value of the homes that are built. As a consumer myself, I feel good about being able to sell quality products that Divines customers expect and Deserve!!
