The condition of my kitchen and bathroom became more worsen after a long vacation with my family members. I had to consult and hire this company to handle the remodeling of both the kitchen and bathroom. They remodeled and constructed them as required with the highest level of expertise. The look of my kitchen and bathroom has now been the talk of the town as many of my coworkers will like to have one. They were remolded and arranged in a modernized and attractive way. Thanks for the great job!

We met and hired Rodney who seemed very sincere and had excellent reviews to add a shower to a bathroom, change the balusters on our stairs, and remove existing tile from our kitchen and lay new tile for the kitchen and nearby living area. They also evened out an unlevel area of flooring in our kitchen. In all the tile was 1000+ square feet so this was where the majority of our money was spent. The shower and stairs turned out well. Our tile work is a different story. After the first 3 rows of tile was laid we emailed Rodney about a concerns with lippage that can occur when laying the large wood looking tile planks. He assured us that the area would be fixed (it never was). The rest of the tile was laid and I was told there would be a big floor inspection to remove tiles that weren't set right prior to grouting. That inspection never happened. After the floor was grouted, I complained about the tile. So a few tiles were taking out and reset. Those tiles were set worse. So they removed those tiles again and got those back to baseline. Not a real improvement over the original. Much to my dismay, a delivery person came in and said, "your floors look good but you can feel everything." I have tile work with a lot of lippage and high/low spots. You can definitely feel when walking and even visually see. It's very disappointing that someone could come in and so quickly detect the deficiencies in the floor. It was a shame that DK Paragon didn't stand behind their work because we do not have a quality product. I wish I would have read a review similar because I wouldn't have been as trusting or comfortable hiring them. I would not hire this company again.

We hired DK Paragon to create a room in the top half of a two-story family room. Although we had a little trepidation because of other experiences with contractors, we were impressed with Tom from the start. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and called or came by when he said he would. He, his crew, and subcontractors were very professional and courteous, and we were impressed with their craftsmanship. It was evident that our desires were important to them because they were flexible when we requested revisions several times. We love not only the room, but the quality of the construction. We would not hesitate to work with them again and HIGHLY recommend them to others.

Throughout the process, the contractor communicated with us on a daily basis and stuck to the time line as promised.. He was very reasonable in the price and our deck look like as I imagine it would. You can tell it was made with care and quality. He is a great communicator and answered any questions that we had. We would recommend a Custom Deck to anyone! We absolutely love the new deck!

DK Paragon did an awesome job with our house. We had a room addition to our home. We are very happy with the work that has been done. Our contractor did a great job. He was easy to get a hold of and made us feel very relaxed with the work being done. The crew was also excellent to work with. Rodney Daniels recently completed what WAS a very bad DIY kitchen tile job at my home. He added snub nose granite tile and managed to vastly improve the original attempt. I love my kitchen now. Rodney was polite, on time, and provided an outstanding service. The cost of the work came in right at the estimate he provided and he cleaned up after himself. I will definitely hire DK Paragon Custom Builders for upcoming projects in my home and I strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for professionalism and quality service at a reasonable price.

Tom and his crew were great to work with. They were upfront with issues we ran into along with the way, namely problems with setback requirements which meant the plans for our new porch needed to be altered. I was out of town during the beginning of construction, and they were great with keeping me informed. The results were exactly what we were looking for!
