Double Diamond Custom Homes

I have owned one of Todd's homes since 2006 and am constantly impressed with the quality of the construction and finishing. Compared to other homes in my neighborhood, his stands head and shoulders above them. And he really stands by and takes pride in his work.

We are very pleased the quality of work and ease in working with the owner, Todd Williams. His professionalism, attitude and experience was impeccable. He was patient and understanding as we asked for changes of the original design, offering ideas to help us with our decision making. He inspected all the work assuring that the job was done correctly, making us aware during the process of the financial impact of the changes to eliminate any surprises. He was referred to us by a friend who said he was the best. He certainly measured up and we would highly recommend him.

Working with Todd and the Double Diamond crew was a pleasure from start to finish. This was a remodel consisting of extensive exterior siding replacement and numerous window replacements. The project came in under budget and on time with quality that exceeded my expectations. I have used Double Diamond previously for 4 full bathroom complete remodels with the same outcome. I am happy to endorse their work and can recommend them for your next remodel or new build without reservation.

My rating for Double Diamond Custom homes is 5-Star based on my experiences listed below. Their quote was very reasonable for remodeling and enclosing our screen porch. Their employees performed excellent work closing everything up and covering all open work at the end of each day. They showed up each day to ready to work and when they were not able to make it out due to the weather I received a phone call and they came out the following day. The work was completed in a timely manner and on budget. I really enjoyed dealing with this company and will bring them back to upgrade my siding later this year.

Double Diamond is a professional contractor, and we expected that. Our home was started on time - Todd had to present his plans as well as our landscape to the architectural committee - a time factor that could have delayed construction - it didn't. The committee at Cordillera Ranch is infamous for their rigid specifications !!! Our home was built to our likings and the interior as well as the exterior grounds were always cleaned up before each day's departure. The house was completed on schedule and on budget. We told Mr. Williams that a blacktop driveway would be adequate since a concrete driveway would push us over our budget. At his expense, he did it anyway. We are most pleased with our home and would recommend him to anyone - which we have already done. h t

Todd, I wanted to take a moment and let you know I truly appreciate all that you do. I have seen first hand, over the past 9 years, you go out of your way to help customers before, during and after the sale. Your knowledge of construction, ability to help customers navigate their needs versus wants within budget, being present and available for the customer provides the necessary support through the build process and bottom line you build a great home with timeless appeal.
