We worked with Dream Coast Builders to completely redesign, demo and renovate our condominium and I could not be more pleased with the process and the results. Greg and his team were organized and professional in every way. Their architectural plans and design were exactly what were looking to achieve. DCB completed a comprehensive renovation of our waterfront home. The project was very well managed resulting in high satisfaction and a follow-on contract. We were confident the renovation would be successful because the assigned project manager was trustworthy, reliable, dependable, and attentive to details. Subcontractors were well selected and managed. Organization is highly professional/experienced and is focused on quality. Abides by "old school" standards. Highly recommended. Especially in the Pinellas County area.

Dream Coast builders did an amazing job on renovating our beach home; it is absolutely stunning. They completely remodeled our master bathroom, kitchen, and living room and they raised my ceilings to 9ft high! The Dream Coast team worked with my budget and made great suggestions throughout the renovation process. Their professionalism and honesty are outstanding as they kept me updated on all work being done and made all changes I requested. I would definitely use Dream Coast builders again and highly recommend them to anyone thinking of doing renovations, additions, or new construction. They really did make my dream of a having a beautiful beach home come true.

Dream Coast did a terrific job with our renovation. Our condominium was pretty much as it was built in the 1980's. With Dream Coast ideas and leadership our vision came to fruition for our new home. It was a challenging period with supply issues and the skilled trades being extremely busy. Dream Coast has a phenomenal team and communicated with weekly updates.

We set out to do a full Reno on our second home in Clearwater. Our biggest concern was the ability to have enough trust in a builder to achieve this long distance as we reside in a different state. Gregg and his DreamCoast team are not only terrific at design and build they are fantastic to work with. Gregg, his assistant "Young Greg" and his cabinet maker Sonny Wells did amazing work on our full condo renovation... kitchen, baths, living room console, shelves, cabinets, ceilings and laundry area. They were more than willing to adjust to design changes and keep the project moving. Their tradesmen were outstanding and we couldn't be happier with the finished product.

We found Dream Coast Builders online, read their impressive reviews and hired them to design and build a outdoor shade structure. Everything from start to finish went smoothly and was completed on time and on budget. Each of the contractors Dream Coast utilized in our project was first class, professional and highly capable. On-site management was present throughout the process with a Dream Coast representative visiting our property virtually every day to make sure the work was being done according to the architect's blueprint. We are extremely happy with the end result which turned out to look exactly like the initial architectural rendering of our project. We would not hesitate to use Dream Coast Builders again and highly recommend them for any new construction, addition or remodeling needs you may have in the future. A+

Gregg and his team remodeled our entire house, all the way down to the bare walls. He was patient with us and explained what the process was. I was amazed and pleased with the quality of the work performed. What I was most pleased with was their integrity and honesty. Unfortunately, their roofer did not properly cover the roof and water intruded into the home. He did not make excuses; he took full responsibility and took care of us. So much so, that this accident assisted us is completing additional work needed at minimal cost.
We were in our home right before COVID so we had a great place to quarantine. We highly recommend Dream Cost Builders.

Are project consisted of an addition and complete redo of our front elevation and entrance way. From start to finish Dream Coast Builders were a "dream" to work with. From the very beginning the bid/estimate was detailed and transparent. Everyone who worked on our project was professional and conscientious. When looking for a builder we were apprehensive about what was to come, as we have heard from friends about their frustrations during the process with other builders. That was not the case with Dream Coast. We can honestly say we are 100% satisfied with the work, the communication and the finished project.

My wife and I found Gregg and his team were amazing in the idea, design and build portions of our condo renovation in Belleair. We totally gutted and remodeled our kitchen and two full baths. We made major design, plumbing, electrical and HAVC changes all of which Gregg and his sub contractors executed perfectly. We added new cabinets (Sonny Wells was awesome) countertops, showers, flooring, lighting, etc. And we turned room areas we were not using into beautiful and functional spaces. Gregg was very open to our design ideas, changes that we wanted to make, specialty products we wanted to use and even put his master carpenter skills to work. Gregg and his team expertly renovated my condo kitchen and bathrooms. With Gregg's expertise and artist's eye, the projects exceeded my initial expectations. For example, we tackled a vent issue that seemed to prevent a full height issue in the kitchen. With creative rerouting the entire kitchen ceiling is now full height. The visual impact is truly appreciated. In addition, the cabinet maker is a superior artisan with wonderful design input. I enjoyed working with everyone on Gregg's team.

Gregg and his team are great! I remodeled my kitchen and added a family room and master bedroom. His attention to detail is fantastic. Gregg has a great eye for design. He kept the job site very clean, and me very well informed of our schedule.
My project has been complete for a couple months. When I contacted him with a minor HVAC issue, he was right on it. He had his sub-contractors out here immediately.
Dream Coast is a pleasure to do business with!

Gregg and all of his contractors are top notch. We have had Gregg do several projects on our home. Most recently he completely remodeled our master bathroom. Our home was built in the 1920s so we were particular about having modern convenience while keeping with the tradition and character of our home. Gregg really listened and had great suggestions. We could not be happier with how our bathroom turned out. Quality work and quality people are why we always use Dream Coast Builders for our projects and can recommend them without hesitation.

Gregg modified our new home to make it handicapped accessible, adding interior and exterior ramps, bathroom modifications p, etc. Several aspects were tricky but he patiently and professionally worked through each of our issues. He had quick feedback, worked on time, within budget, with great followup. I would highly recommend Gregg and his team.

We hired Dream Coast Builders to completely renovate a water front home that was originally built in 1938. The renovation took almost two years to complete. We are very happy with the end result and Greg and his team were true professionals. Greg was always available for any questions or concerns and we were always able to reach him. Even after the project (and several years later) we have been amazed by how responsive he is. I would recommend Dream Coast Builders.

Everyone talks about how beautiful our kitchen is, , and the other cabinetry/remodeling that was part of that project. This very much enhanced our home, and resale value. Dreamcoast is the best!!! They did a total renovation of my house including kitchen and then the next year had a water leak from the original plumbing and they basically had to do the job again. 2 years in a row and they were fabulous!!! I would only consider using Gregg and his staff. Professional, talented and very ethical. He took care of everything and had great ideas as well.

You will never, ever come across a man, let alone a builder, that has more integrity and is more concerned about your best interest when it comes to building your home. We all know this is a stressful process, but Gregg made it fun and enjoyable. His pricing never changed, and his deliverables were always on time. Ten years after the completion of my home, he still will come by to fix things, regardless of whether it was associated with the build or not. With Gregg, you get both a friend and a builder for life!
