You ever just wake up from an incredible dream just to realize it is all real? Yup, that is how this whole journey with Dunn and Stone has felt. From the time my wife and I met with Paul and then the incredible team of Corey, Caitlin, Holly, Sara and all the professional teams within Dunn and Stone, to the walking into 'our' new home, well, it is a Dream come true. Communication is Excellent. Attitude is Kind. Patience is Extraordinary. Talent is Out of this World. I have and will continue to Highly Recommend Dunn and Stone to everyone I meet. My new neighbors have made many comments about the quality of the house, the cleanliness of the build site during the build, the excellence of the finished project. After the move in, the service does not end. Dunn and Stone is here, ready, willing and quite able to ensure that everything is up to their standards and even then, they still surprise us and exceed our expectations. Could not have asked for a better experience. My only regret is that I can only have one of their homes.... Also, if you have a difficult lot (water way, erosion problems etc.) this is the builder you can trust that the job is done right with a civil engineer on staff. Highly Recommend!

We couldn't be happier with Dunn & Stone Builders! Our home in Magnolia was completed in July 2017. This is our second Dunn & Stone home. After researching several builders, it became evident that no one else could match the quality and competitive cost to build our home. We shared our design plans and they brought our dream home to life! What amazed us was that there were absolutely NO hidden costs, great communication throughout the project, and it was completed on time. Due to their awesome in-house design consultant, choosing exterior and interior finishes was so easy. Also, any warranty items after move-in were efficiently handled. While many homeowners complain about the building process, we feel fortunate that our build went very smoothly. After interviewing other builders, check out Dunn & Stone. I met with Kristi Wells at the Magnolia Office. Needless to say, she was absolutely a rock star. She was very pleasant in showed us around the model home and gave us the opportunity to view all of the model homes that were available. She also followed up with me via email and telephone multiple times to make sure everything that I needed was followed up on. I thought the use of cabinetry in the kitchen (going to ceiling) was exceptional!! The ceiling height of the model home created an air of superlative spaciousness. The floor plan is very functional and the decor outstanding.

Dunn and Stone is building a house on our lot and it is almost completed. We have been very happy with the way the house is turning out and with all the people we have worked with. The few minor issues that have come up have been handled very well by Dunn and Stone.

Hired Dunn and Stone to build home on our lot. They put up a sign that said, "Extraordinary Custom Home". We ended up with tract home quality. Considering the poor quality of work by the sub's and lack of over site by the project manager, we have a tract house. Closet rods continue to fall down (break the cheap plastic rod ends they use), custom kitchen cabinet doors have short screws for mounting, and several have fallen out already. house was 3 months late. within 1 year, nails working out of dry wall. sanded grout used in bathroom tile with joints less than 1/32 inch wide.

Kristi wells was more than accomdating with all our requests and was always on top of our home. We enjoyed the relationship we made with her, never felt like"just business"

Generally we are pleased with the job they did on our new house. We were from CT and contracted D & S in February '12 to build our house with some alteration to the plan and we hired an inspected to check on the progress of the work. We came down in July to look at the house and noticed that a hot tub which we ordered was not installed. This was corrected. The water line loop which we ordered and paid for had no shut off valves. After numerous complaints, it was finally remedied but not done properly but functional. We ordered and paid for a flood light on the right side of the house. The light was installed on the left side instead. After numerous complaints this was NOT remedied. It will be very helpful if a flood light were to be installed on the right side of the house so I can go to my garden at night.

We had a great experience when purchasing our new home for our growing family. Kristi was a great accent in helping us find the right home for us. We have lived there for 3 years now and loving every minute of it. We also had our second child since then as well.

This company does some excellent work. When we were considering buying one of their homes they were very helpful in making sure that we comfortable and well informed about the entire experience. Our home is beautiful and is constructed with quality materials and even better craftsmanship. We've only had one problem arise that was covered by warranty and they had a technician at the house within a matter of hours. It's been a great experience working with them.

Dunn and Stone provided a wonderful home for us and the building process went very smoothly and timely. The quality of workmanship along with the numerous upgrades they provided sold us!
