The E.T. Development group did a fantastic job building and finishing our home, we are very pleased with the quality of the end result. In addition to a walkthrough and tips on some of the features, Alex returned to touch up a few areas and provided a solution to an issue with one of the appliances. Overall, we are very impressed by his level of commitment to his projects and his customers.

My husband and I hired E.T Development Group about 10 years ago. They pretty much transformed our home to exactly what we asked for and even more. It was a whistler inspired home which I just noticed they call it Parkway Gem on their profile. It truly was a gem. Thanks to Alex and his impeccable taste that house is still in style and one of the nicest homes on Parkway Blvd. We sold it with a good profit and so did the owner after us. We have referred E.T Development to a lot of our friends. They are trustworthy and a pleasure to work with.

I recently purchased a home built by E.T. Developments, I had some last minute changes that not only were fit in but done so well that you would think it was part of the original plans. We have now lived in it for awhile and I am surprised how well built the home is and how the detail work is spot on. From what I have heard from other new build purchasers there is always little things that show up after you purchase but I can honestly say that I haven’t seen or experienced anything less than perfect. We love our home and are greatly appreciative of the whole experience purchasing a new build from E.T. Developments!!

Development to undertake the design and renovate our home in Westwood Plateau and can confirm they were on time and on budget, exceeding our expectations in regards to our full home remodelling.
