The agent who came did a professional job in the installation of the air purification mechanism into my furnace for an all house air purification . He worked productively with an expertise fashion. Upon completion of the job the agent thoroughly explained to me how the mechanism works. He also informed me that if the external blue light goes out that I should call the office and they will quickly make any necessary adjustments. I have used Earl Weaver contracting company in the past and I contacted them again to do this job because I knew that they are a reputable business and will perform all work to an A + to the nth power.

We were given Earl Weaver's name by a trusted friend. We needed a Generac whole house generator installed, and Weaver's does this type of work. They were done in 5.5 hrs, showed up on the dot at 0730, and had everything perfectly completed when they left. One man even stayed to help get the app on my phone and also got connections onto my desktop computer! My mother-in-law's installation was two days later. We will definitely first call Earl Weaver for anything else we need done at our home. As of now, we have some projects on their list for when it is convenient for them to get to us!

Earl Weaver Contractors have just completed building a new house for us. They built one for us 27 years ago and we were so pleased with their work that we had them build another! Our new home is very modern and incorporated many new ideas and materials. Delmas and all the workers had a challenge to learn new methods and install equipment with which they were not familiar and they did an excellent job. They show meticulous attention to detail. Delmas and his team did an excellent job on our roof and siding replacement project. The team was honest, professional, efficient, and they do amazing work. Quality work takes a little extra time but they kept us informed every step of the way and the extra time is well worth the final result.

If you need building or home repair, you won't do better than Earl Weaver Contractors. I've dealt with these folks twice; once for a problem with my HVAC system and once for a water heater issue. I can't recall working with a better company, or better people. When I called recently about the water heater problem, Delmas asked me to get the model number of the heater. While I was doing that, Glendon called and apologized (!!) for not taking the call quickly! In both cases, John Mark came out on time or earlier than stated (after calling to verify it was a good time) and did the repairs. He is quiet, easy to talk to, professional, and thorough. The awards and accreditations shown on the bottom of their website are no surprise to me at all (BBB A+ rating, Home Advisor Top Rated, Best of Houzz for service, 2015-2019). Their prices are fair, and I have never gotten service of this quality from a home repair company. I will call them first time, every time for anything I need regarding my property. The reason I give them a 5-star rating is because there isn't a 6-star rating!

No Pony tails, earrings, or tattoos with loud music will show up at your job site when you hire these men, only knowledgeable well dressed professionals of utmost honesty and integrity. Earl Weaver Contractors built our home in 1983, then a major renovation in 1993. They consistently provide excellent workmanship. We replaced our central A/C unit in 2018. They arrive promptly and finished the job within the time frame. They are all a great group of men and I have 100% confidence in everything they do!

We recently had Earl Weaver Contractors install a new propane boiler and inderect hot water heater. Their people are highly skilled and meticulous in their work. From the proposal by Delmas through the final cleanup, they were a delight to do business with. They have my complete confidence. This is not my first project and looking forward to working with them in the future.

Delmas and his TEAM were great to work with starting with the design stage thru the end of the project. If an issue came up it was quickly brainstormed with Delmas and others and resolved. His craftsman were all great to work with, polite, punctual and their cleanup during the project was phenomenal. All dirt/dust was kept at an absolute minimum during the entire project. Our remodeled bathroom with ceramic tile walk in shower, expanded square footage and cabinetry is outstanding and the workmanship is first class. We had a problem with the furnace. The technician came the next morning. He thoroughly checked and cleaned the system. He replaced the parts and the furnace works great. Very satisfied.

We have used Earl Weaver Contractors many times. Delmas is wonderful! He listens to your needs and goes over everything before the project begins. He is always reachable during construction and is very willing to accommodate changes. His staff are friendly and excellent at what they do! Relatively comprehensive face lift of the first story of our two-story home. Removed wall paper from all rooms and applied new paint, replaced the kitchen floor, and replaced all first story windows including all of the trim around these windows (had to match the stain to other woodwork). Third major experience with this contractor starting with the building of the home in 1980. All workmanship is outstanding. Very flexible with changes over the course of the project. Contractor very proactive making recommendations that contribute to a better result. Very good meeting time commitments. Same for project cost estimates . . . . . they are experienced at what they do/estimating . . . . . . do not comeback with costs increases to the project because they didn't anticipate the correct elements of work for the project. Very honest . . . . do not expand project scope unnecessarily. A quality that may be hard to find today from most service providers!

I built my 1st house with Earl Weaver Contractors 35 years ago. When building my current house, which is in a development, I wasn't able to choose a contractor and was forced to use the developer. Since then, I have always gone back to Earl Weaver Contractors for any remodeling or repair work. Most recently Earl Weaver Contractors replaced my roof & completed an interior painting project. The roofing project is especially worth mentioning. Many homes in our development have been replacing roofs due to age. I see a lot of roofing projects by other contractors being completed in 1 -2 days. I did get competitive bids and found the Weaver bid to be very reasonable, not necessarily the lowest, however when you saw the work, you understood why! Here are the major differences that I witnessed vs. the other contractors - 1st class materials, 1st class workmanship (for example the Weavers removed siding to make sure that the flashing was installed correctly and then replaced the siding). At the end of every day, the Weavers do a phenomenal job of cleaning up. For this roofing project, they scanned the entire area with a magnet to make sure no roofing nails were left behind. They also repaired and capped the chimney which was not built properly in the original construction. It is hard to convey in words the trust, professionalism, quality of workmanship & work ethic that Earl Weaver Contractors bring to every project - you can't go wrong using this group!!

We had been looking for an upper end prefabricated vinyl or aluminum sunroom to put in place of our deck. We were a bit shocked at the pricing for what you get. At that point we decided we would look into a stick built sunroom. We contacted Delmas at Earl Weaver Contractors who built our home twenty five years ago. We worked with Delmas to come up with a plan that worked for us. We signed a contract and the sunroom was finished a few weeks ago. They use quality materials and have top quality craftsmanship. The whole crew is professional and eager to get every small detail exactly as you want it. In April 2015, we completely a 9 month long new home project with Earl Weaver Contractors. Although we had never built a home before and it was a big undertaking, our project manager, Delmas Gehman was with us every step of the way. Although there are other builders out there that are less expensive, we chose EWC due to one word.... QUALITY! Each and every member of the team was a true craftsman. From framing to plumbing/electrical to dry walling to finishing work and everything in between, it was top notch. We love our new home and would highly recommend Earl Weaver Contractors!

In the early stages of wanting to build a new home for year 2000, I was visiting a close friend. In our discussions concerning the thought of building a new home, Earl Weaver Contractors became topic of discussion as a top notch builder and that their team does it all from beginning to end. Needless to say that as plans started to come together, I had an interview with Delmas Gehman, the General for Earl Weaver Contractors. In short order, I was pleased with their professional workmanship and their attention to detail. I didn't need to look any further or interview any other contractors. This group fit the bill. I got my name on the list and waited about 2 years and I got my dream home and met my goal by moving in by September 1999. I was very impressed with the finished project and have used them for all needed home repairs which was a commitment from the start. If I were looking to build again or remodel, I would definitely hire Earl Weaver Contractors hands down. We had a new kitchen and laundry room added to our home, in addition to new windows, roofing and siding. The project took a little over three months. Every day the hard-working employees came to our home with enthusiasm and terrific ideas. The recommended cabinetmaker was as fantastic to work with as the Earl Weaver employees. My husband and I are so happy with everything that was done; we would not change a thing. We would never have anyone else work on our home. I had a large addition put on my home about 9 years ago by the Earl Weaver Contractors. It was a 6 month project that ran amazingly smoothly. I continue to work with their company with any repairs in plumbing, electrical and maintenance of my home. They are always prompt at getting back to me, and the work is done in a timely manner. It is difficult sometimes to choose a contractor when you are doing a large project. Quotes are usually not apple to apple comparisons. What I have learned is that the quality, peace of mind, and end result of the project is what is most important. You WILL NOT regret choosing the Earl Weaver Contractors. I continue to receive GREAT service and highly recommend them.

I called the project Manager, Delmas Gehman, and he was very prompt in coming to look at the Heating/ AC problem we were having. We also received a quote within a day. We had gotten quotes from another local business, and the quotes were comparable; however, the equipment that was recommended by Delmas was higher rated in efficiency and quality. Their employees are easy to work with, friendly, respectful. I highly recommend the Earl Weaver contractors. We had another project done with their company and received the exact same excellent service. We feel confident that the continued service we receive from them will be outstanding. They came recommended from a friend whom had a 1500 square foot addition put on her home by the Earl Weaver Contractors. She says the quality, workmanship, and end result were outstanding.

We had a full kitchen remodel including removing a supporting wall in an old 1932 home. The work was beyond what we had expected in quality. The preparation by Earl Weaver with the removal of lath and plaster, doors, moldings, wood floors, was done with care. Every day the house was left clean, and all debris removed. Upon the installation of the kitchen each step was done with the highest quality, in the workmanship, and materials. Each Earl Weaver employee was a master craftsman, and the prep work, and the final result showed the quality of each employee at Earl Weaver. The new kitchen was beyond beautiful, and functional. I would only use Earl Weaver Contractors LLC for all my home needs.
