“There were actually two projects - the addition of a safe room/closet to our bedroom and a partial kitchen remodel. Mike helped us determine the best area to add a safe room to our home while adding usable space. We never would have thought about adding the closet to the side of our bedroom without his help. We are doing the inside shelving, etc. ourselves, but the workmanship outside and in on the room is fantastic. Mike also builds safe rooms for school districts in OK, so I knew we would be in good hands on this one. The kitchen remodel involved removing a load-bearing wall (therefore, adding a support beam), new counter top (quartz) and glass tile backsplash installation, new faucets (kitchen sink and bar) and sinks, and the installation of a large wine refridgerator. Some new electrical work was involved, as well. Mike was great about "going with the flow" as we made some changes throughout the process. Some of this was due to the unforeseen original beam structure. Mike kept us very well-aware of costs and there were no financial surprises. Mike was very good at finding solutions to problems and kept us informed along the way. The work is absolutely beautiful and Mike is choosy about who does his subcontracting work, which we appreciated. The cabinet, countertop, and drywall crews were professional, friendly and did great work. Most important - Mike is by far the most trustworthy, pleasant contractor I have ever worked with. He does great work, but was also a true pleasure to spend three or so months with. He always kept me apprised of his schedule and let me know when he was and was not going to be at our house. I always felt safe with Mike and with his assistant, John and was able to come and go as I needed to without worrying about theft or accidents. Our dogs even love them! They NEVER left the house in a mess, always cleaning up at the end of each day. I have already recommended Hybrid to others and will continue to do so. They will be the first call when we decide to remodel our bathroom.”

“There will come a day when you will have to stand in line & wait to get this builder. Austin is an ex-Marine who approaches each job with integrity & a can do attitude. Austin asked me to write down EVERTHING I hoped to achieve. Upon review he gave me 3 bids showing me 3 Price points with 3 approaches. Austin took the west side of my house & turned it into a paradise. You would never know by looking that he made it handicap accesible. The master suite has the look of a Hollywood bungalow. We have 2 doors that flow onto decks with huge rustic beams. Our closet is not huge but has a place for everything including a huge cabinet reminiscent of a jewelry box, revolving shoe racks, washer & dryer etc. During the renovation I was invited to visit Robin McGraw in Hollywood. Robin's dressing room was Sentimental. Austin LISTENED intently while I expressed how the trip touched me. I love OLD Hollywood Glamour , bare mango wood, distressed wood shelves filled with lifetime photo's etc. Austin is a man's man who has a Pinterest account. This is a builder who LISTENS & has the ability to achieve his client's vision.”
