We could not be happier with Edwards Building and Design. Bob and his crew are craftsman who know what they are doing. They are patient, have good suggestions and are all-around professionals that we were happy to have in our home.

Bob and James were wonderful in helping us design and complete a total bathroom renovation in our 8th floor condo on Perdido Key. The process was a bit challenging in dealing with our condo association and their patience, and thoroughness was instrumental in completing the job to our satisfaction. Great workmanship and professionalism. I highly recommend these guys.

My wife and I hired Bob Edwards Building and Design to refurbish/remodel an old home we bought on Perdido Bay. This was our first effort in this type of endeavor and we both agree we made the right choice in builders. Bob and his foreman James were a delight to work with. Honest, fair, trustworthy and truthful are all good descriptors. He has many years of experience in the Pensacola area and maintains a cadre of reliable and dedicated craftsmen. We contacted Mr' Edward on the recommendation of Jansen Kitchen & Bath in Pensacola. They were not licensed in Alabama but recommended Mr Edwards who was. There were some delays along the way due to specific materials that we had requested, but were kept in the loop and were contacted to coordinate each step. The end product was what we had contracted for and was done to our complete satisfaction.

They completed an addition for an outdoor living area, where the roof tied in to the original structure. The work was very well done, and we were very happy with contractors and subcontractors.

We are nearing completion of the fourth remodeling project Edwards Building and Design has done for us over a period of eleven years. This says that we are satisfied customers and that Bob Edwards Building and Design is a longstanding professional. Bob is just as attentive to small remodeling jobs as he is to major renovations. He works within your budget and communicates with you every step of the way. He also has excellent suggestions that enhance the finished product. Remodeling always has unexpected hidden surprises but Bob and his amazing foreman James Merry step up to remedy any problems that may arise. The quality of work is top notch and I will continue to use this company for my next project.
