About Us

Emerald Ventures has been building homes in Gainesville Florida since 1991. We are a small "hands on" women owned construction company. Cyndi Russell the builder likes to design each home as if it were her own. Each home has unique designs and her special touch. Exotic granites, unusual flooring and details make these homes stand apart from the cookie cutter homes. Using superior construction like 2x6 exterior walls, radiant barrier roofing, superior vapor, moisture barriers on walls and roof, post tension slabs and more these homes are not just beautiful but well built.

The entire experience from start to now has been fantastic. The home we have purchased is beautiful and stylish. In every area, it's obvious that careful thought has been given to every detail. I can't say enough good things about Cyndi. She's very easy to work with while still being very professional. She fully understands what your needs are as a buyer. She is very responsive to questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend her and her company to anyone. She builds a great house and cares very much about her product.

Cyndi is one of my favorite builders in our area. We recently worked on a home featured in the 2013 Spring Parade of Homes. Not only is she is a great collaborator with a wonderful eye for design, she is always looking to incorporate unique design elements that will set her homes apart. Quality on every level of the construction & design process is one of her trademarks. I look forward to our next project!
