After meeting with multiple builders and viewing their work in different stages, we choose Emil Chernicky and Sons to build our custom home. Our home was completed earlier than we anticipated, within budget, and with outstanding quality. We made multiple changes to the floor plan and the attention to detail was phenomenal. All the trades were meticulous. We visited the site on a regular basis and all the trades were professional and courteous. The building process was very smooth and any questions we had were addressed in a timely manner. If we ever want to build again we will definitely use Emil Chernicky and Sons.

Quality builder. Worked with builder to create a custom home. Love everything about our home. Easy to work with, and finished project on time and on budget. I made lots of changes to the project and EJ was accommodating.
