My husband and I recently hired Fazzolari to remodel our master bath and we are so happy with the results. From start to finish, their team was responsive, communicative, and highly skilled. The bathroom looks amazing! It's clean and modern, just what we were hoping for! All of the contractors who came to work at our house were nice, considerate, and aware of keeping the rest of the house clean. We recently remodeled a hall bathroom in our 22-year-old house. Six years ago Fazzolari Construction completely remodeled our master bath, so we were confident they would wow us again. The transformation is stunning. John and his crew were very professional and met our timeline to receive guests for Thanksgiving. I appreciated the update suggestions including a floating vanity and motion sensor lighting underneath. We replaced the tub with a walk-in shower, and it also is a work of art. All in all, the new bathroom is a source of pride in our forever home.

Thrilled with all the updates to the first floor of my 1977 home! I was totally pleased with the entire experience from the initial consultation to the finished product. I enjoyed working with the entire team...John, Scott, Jonahs, and Sam. Communication was excellent letting me know the daily work schedule. John helped me select all the materials...flooring, countertops, tile backsplash, sinks, faucets, and toilet. Also, new range, refrigerator, and light fixture. From start to finish I was very glad I made the choice to use Fazzolari Construction. I was glad that they took the time to walk with me on the many different projects I wanted done in my home. Just finished a major renovation with John Fazzolari and his associates. Major scope of work. Everything from wall demo and new windows...to floors, major lighting and electrical upgrades. Painting, trim, cabinets and counter tops. Fazzolari hit it out of the ballpark every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things...but of course, I'll go on and try. Experience, Professionalism and Integrity mean everything in the remodeling game. John and his fine crew: 5 Stars all the way. From Concept to Estimation; Estimation to Mobilization; Mobilization to Implementation. Implementation to follow up. Excellent every step of the way. John, Jonah, Scott, Mark, Paul.....everyone from Fazzolari who touched the project were top notch. Our project was pretty diverse.....7-8 Subcontractors involved. It was seamless to us. THAT's not easy. You can tell a LOT about a remodel contractor by how the Subcontractors act. Fazzolari has obviously fine tuned the list of Subs over time. The Subs clearly love doing work for Fazzolari. Ever single time: They showed up on time. They were upbeat, tidy, professional, highly skilled and ready to work. Coordination and scheduling was pretty much flawless. This ONLY happens if the Subs are tuned in with the General. In the end, It is ALL about sourcing and coordinating between client and quality subcontractors. Nothing but great things to say about Fazzolari Construction. Will HIGHLY recommend them to others.

I could not be happier. This company has been terrific to work with. Our job was about a 600 square foot daylight basement room that they finished for me as a craft room. Everything from the bidding process to the finished room went smoothly. Communication was terrific, subcontractors where professional and conscientious, work site was always cleaned up and than finished on time! They assigned a project manager even though this was not a huge project to oversee the project on a daily basis. Mark was terrific and always stayed on top of everything, communicated with us directly and always followed up. I love my craft room and I am now enjoying it!!!

John and his team were great to work with. They paid attention to our needs and were always mindful of our budget and schedule. When things needed to be addressed, John and his team were quick to respond and went out of their way to keep us happy. We were very pleased with the finished product - they did a great job!

The Fazzolari team was an absolute class act from bid to the final nail. We had our front porch rebuilt along with skylight additions in our 1920's home this summer. We are so excited and pleased with the results and have neighbors stopping by regularly to complement the craftsmanship. My family moved to Felida from San Diego last summer. We have a big family and this was a stressful move for all of us. To complicate an already stressful move, I decided to do a big renovation. John and his team were undoubtedly the right people to work with. I pretty much sent photos of design work I liked, gave terrible descriptions (this is NOT my industry) and told them to make it happen and make it happen on schedule. There were small problems that occurred throughout the process (completely out of their control). I knew that a big renovation would be impossible to go through without any speed bumps. What I appreciated the most was the way the problems were quickly executed, handled and resolved immediately. The project was completed one month early and exceeded my expectations. We recently did a complete to the studs kitchen remodel using Fazzolari Custom Homes. It was a pleasure working with John and his crew and we were thrilled with the beautiful outcome of the completed remodel. They exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone. When we were wanting to change out our kitchen sink with a copper farm sink this summer, we immediately called on Fazzolari Custom Homes and Restoration to do the job! John Fazzolari and his crew had already remodeled our master bathroom for us, and had also put up an incredible patio cover, both of which are creative works of art so we knew they would listen to what we wanted and create a design that we would be pleased with while working within our budget. We were not disappointed! The workmanship was superb on the sink and the surrounding granite!! Fazzolari built a custom home for us. He ensured it was done with quality workmanship and to the highest standards. He kept us advised of all work progress along with providing sound advice on structural, design and interior choices. We had other "custom" homes built around us and I saw nothing but shoddy workmanship with the homeowners having MANY repair problems.

John transformed our dingy basement into a beautiful gathering spot. This was an area of our home that no one wanted to stay in. Now, it's the place to be. John was easy to work with and has incredible attention to detail.

We have so far had Fazzolari Homes do a kitchen remodel for us as well as some changes in the office and my wife's sewing room. John's estimate was dead on accurate and he had some great suggestions for doing some of the work in other ways than what we had thought of that both worked out well and saved money. John and his crew were very respectful of both our home and our schedules and they got the work done on the schedule John provided to us at the inception. The work performed, to include sourcing the granite that was perfect for our kitchen, was top notch. The comments that visitors have made is that the kitchen is both beautiful and looks like it was the original kitchen, i.e. it fits in perfectly with the rest of the family room, etc. Our remodel consisted of new granite countertops, granite sinks, ceramic backsplash, double ovens (replacing a single oven and microwave), new gas cooktop (replacing an original electric cooktop), new cooktop ventilation, a microwave, new dishwasher, accent lighting, and new cabinets which perfectly match the original cabinets that we kept. We could not be happier with the work John and his crew did, the accuracy of his bid and the respect exhibited for our home and us in the process of the work. I would highly recommend Fazzolari Homes if you are looking for high quality work, done timely and on bid and that you will be proud of in your home.

In 2005, my Wife and I relocated back to the Vancouver area from florida. We were in the market for a one level house and very few were available or at least not the suited our needs. We were introduced to Fazzolari Custom Homes. John worked with us in locating a lot and then worked with my Wife and I in developing the floor plan that we wanted. John and his crew continued to work with us all through the building process on any changes. As an example, We were visiting the building site on this one day while the framing was in process. The crew just happened to be framing one of the bathrooms in one of the master bedrooms (there are two) and were laying out the shower area. My Wife and I left the site and went to a local restaurant for lunch and my Wife said she wasn't sure she liked the shower design and she did a few quick sketches on a napkin. We went back to the house and showed the changes to Johns Forman and even though the original design had been started he pulled up the framing ,laid out the new changes my Wife had sketched on the napkin. Now that won't happen with the average builder. We would recommend John Fazzolari for any project you may be planning. You won't be disappointed.
