Len and his crew did a great job in helping us design our new home in the beautiful north Georgia mountains! After the design phase, Fine Line constructed our house within our anticipated time frame; additionally they suggested helpful design modifications along the way which further enhanced the beauty and space efficiency of our home.

From the first meeting, I had trust and confidence in his professionalism and skill, and all those feelings were proven true throughout the building experience. The construction was done in a timely manner, the workmanship is outstanding, and any issues have been resolved without conflict. Len and his team are highly recommended! Len, DJ and the rest of the very talented team at Fine Line really delivered a great quality home that exceeded our expectations. After meeting with several builders we decided on Fine Line based on Len’s experience as a true custom builder and craftsman (Fine Line hand makes all cabinetry!). We didn't want to pick a plan from a book and Len helped us through each step from design to final finishes. The job site was kept incredibly clean, the crew was always friendly and respectful and Len kept us well informed will calls and pictures throughout the project. Overall our experience with Fine Line was great and we couldn’t be more pleased with our beautiful new lake house!

We chose Fine Line Builders as the builder for our new custom home and what a GREAT decision! It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. They did a fantastic job from design to completion. We enjoyed the interaction with everyone from the office staff to the field staff. They kept us informed during every phase of construction and really listened to what we needed/wanted in the house. We have exactly what we wanted in our home. We walked in the office with a sketch and a dream and they turned that dream into reality. The attention to detail, quality of materials and skilled craftsmen they have on staff, provided us with a very well built home. If we were going to build another home, the ONLY builder we would consider would be Fine Line!

I have hired Fine Line for several remodeling projects. I started small to see what sort of quality Len Poole provides, and I was so pleased I used him and Fine Line for a major addition, a full remodel of one floor, plus deck and retaining wall work. Len is honest, capable and creative. He communicates well and ensures he understands what the customer wants. His suggestions are useful, sincere, and not at all pushy. He offers cost saving suggestions as well as ideas for additional elements or improvements. Len cares about quality. He has, at his own expense, corrected defects I did not even detect. I have total confidence that any work he does will be done properly using correct materials and at the agreed upon cost. Honesty matters greatly to me. I have total confidence in Len Poole. I trust him utterly. He is a sincere servant to his clients, and he treats everyone as he would want to be treated himself.
