We even use our own paint crew to allow for enhanced control of the product. The mission at First Choice Custom Homes is to provide customers with the home they deserve and desire, and the project is not completed until those criteria are fully met. Our base price is where upgrades are standard. We install upgraded carpet,tile and hardwood in each home so the customer does not have to come back and ask for upgrades. We build higher quality finishes into each home from the start.

I am very grateful I met John and his team at First Choice Custom Homes. If you are looking for someone to build your custom/rural home please look no further! John checks all the boxes... he is honest, experienced, patient, and professional. John has long-lasting relationships with his subcontractors and he was able to build our home during a time when many builders can't cope with the unprecedented material and labor shortages. There are many custom homes nearby that broke ground 6+ months earlier and still are not finished. We absolutely love the build quality and design of our new home. The first time we met John, we knew we were in the presence of someone special. We advised John that we liked his show home, but probably would like a dining room. John almost immediately gave us a set of drawings and told us to rearrange the first floor to modify it to create a dining room. We then proceeded to sketch out tbe changes of which John said it looked good and could proceed. We signed a contract and were on our way. Everything didn't go easy. While building, we experienced the worst winter in years followed by one of the wettest springs in years. We are now in our beautiful new home thanks to John's effort to create our new home, thanks John.

We love our house! It is beautiful and get many compliments! The layout and location of our house is perfect. The house included many upgrades, so there was hardly anything that went over budget. We went under contract as the house was being built, so we were able to decide the rest of the finishes. We dealt with the builder (John) through the whole process. John was very easy going and kept us in the loop the whole way! He was very patient with us as we had many questions. We highly recommend this company for your future projects!

When we decided to build a house we started hearing all sorts of horror stories about how stressful it was to build a home. John disproved this by making sure that we understood what was happening and need to happen every step of the way. Even the few challenges we did face were stress free as John handled each and every situation like a pro he is.
