Great quality workmanship for home building. Very easy to work with. Very accommodating during any inspections and during the warranty period. Plenty of home builders with poor reputations in our area, but First Choice was always spoken of very highly and they lived up to that reputation. Would recommend to others in a heartbeat.

First Choice builds a great quality home! They even went out of their way to help customize our patio and back porch. They made the process of buying easy and their customer service is expectional!

First Choice is one of the premier builders in the Augusta market. The details and finishes they put in their homes are second to none. The detail and professionalism in their work really sets them apart from the competition. I would highly recommend First Choice Homebuilders to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Augusta area.

All of the individuals I have dealt with have been very professional and respectful. This was the first house we had built for us. The builders helped us with choices on things I would have never thought I had to deal with. Specific request were made during the building process and were integrated into the plan. We just met our one year in the home and made our warranty repair request. Most were typical items you would expect after one year such as minor drywall cracks and caulking. There were a couple of other items that needed to be repaired and were dealt with without question who's responsibility it was. We were the first family to live in this neighborhood and the First Choice has shown significantly more concern than the other builders on the street for keeping the streets and construction areas clean. Note to future home buyers, my only regret is that the majority of the interior was painted with "flat" paint. Flat paint shows smudges, fingerprints, etc. Flat paint does not wash very well. I would recommend semi gloss or egg shell.

We purchased a new home from First Choice and I delt directly with Mike Ross! What a great experience it has been! Mike has been great at meeting any special requests that I had in the finishing of our home. His subs are great and everything is on time! I would recommend them highly based on my experience.
