My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Florsheim cancelled my escrow after 7 month waiting and sell the house to another buyer for $50k more. 10 attorneys I consulted said their contract is very one sided and not good faith. Their arbitration clause pushes attorneys fee costs to buyers and it will soon outweigh the benefits of suing this builder. So, if you really have to buy a house from them, don't sign the arbitration clause!!! DONT INITIAL IN THAT OPTIONAL ARBITRATION CLAUSE. Also, here's the one sided cancellation clause in the contract. It allows the seller/builder to cancel escrow for pretty much any reason/any repair/any disagreement. I heard the builder constantly cancel buyers' escrow using that BULLYING PARAGRAPH. BE AWARE, BUYERS. I SERIOUSLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO READ MY REVIEW.
