For our project we met several times, went through many stages of drawings with revisions, and ultimately submitted his drawings to local contractors who submitted bids for the job. Because of the thorough experience in hiring an architect, we were able to see the pros and cons of renovating vs moving into another house.. and ultimately we decided to move, instead. But without the help of working with Ben and seeing the real cost of a renovation, we would have never known the best choice for our family. And if we ever want to renovate another House, the first person we would call, would be Maru-Arch.
