Our home reflects the vision we had at the outset of the project; we appreciate the effort that went into delivering a high quality finished home to us. Our build took place during the challenges of COVID, when supply chain disruptions and cost volatility were factors. Adam and Will managed those pressures-navigating material shortages, changing timelines and working to contain cost increases wherever possible. Forte Builders' flexibility and problem solving resulted in a beautiful finished product. We encountered a problem with the siding material that was delivered. Adam stayed on top of the situation until the manufacturer offered a solution that met the criteria we set forth. Adam and Will handled the challenges of architectural changes due to our difficult building site very effectively. Adam went the extra mile during the vendor selection process. He presented us with several cabinet maker options. Ultimately, he helped us choose a vendor who delivered on our custom cabinetry needs. The process was very collaborative. We are grateful to for Forte Builder's persistence, adaptability and ability to deliver our beautiful home to us.

We worked with Forte Building Group on a large project this past year. Having worked with builders for the last 20 years, I was so impressed with the attention given to this home built by Forte. One of the most important things a client looks for in a contractor when building a home is whether he will give your home the time and attention needed and I know the client and our design team were so impressed that they were present so much on site. Their organized and patient approach to every detail and design issue was impressive. We have worked with Forte Building Group on several projects over the years and have had a great experience each time. We interviewed 5 different General Contractors for the build of our new custom home in the historic section of Brentwood. We chose Will and Adam because they were engineers by trade, organized, affable, flexible and very transparent in their business approach. They exceeded our expectations on all fronts. An added bonus we didn't anticipate at the the time was Will's long standing reputation amongst builders in the community and the County provided him some political capital to effect decision making in local government to our gain. The importance of his (and now Adam's) reputation amongst local Contractors cannot be overstated. We highly recommend this team and would hire them to do it all again.

adam and will built our beautiful custom home that was completed in nov 2018. the professionalism and quality of workmanship was outstanding. we had numerous changes during the process and they were very responsive to our requests. the software they used allowed us to access every detail of the construction in real time. they were fiscally responsible, making suggestions that saved us money while keeping the expected quality of construction. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom luxury builder in the nashville area.

We can’t say enough good about Will and Adam. We built a house on a difficult, steep, wooded lot. Will and Adam seriously thought through the pros and cons of all possible locations and directions for the house to face and how we could keep as many trees as possible. Attention to detail and quality were always in their minds. They were always attentive, accessible, and they hired excellent subcontractors. We did talk to others but were attracted to the fact that the Fortes build only a few houses per year and we felt we would receive greater attention to our needs than might be the case with other (and highly recommended) builders. We were and continue to be very happy with our choice. We had both an architect and interior designer. Both did an excellent job, but when building starts there are always changes that can enhance the house. The Fortes were attentive to possible changes and, in a number of cases, their recommendations were spot on! We note that they were in no way pushing changes, just making us aware of alternatives. Further, and most importantly, they were extremely attentive to quality and insisted on the same from subcontractors. All houses have issues that need to be addressed after completion. None of our issues were major and ALL were handled promptly and effectively. We know of no better way to recommend than to say that, were we to build again, we would use them again (and without consulting other builders!).

We selected Forte Building Group to build the home I’ve been working on in my head for 40 years. We’ve worked with contractors before during renovations (not fun) and were apprehensive about doing a full on build, particularly since we lived 600 miles away. Will and Adam changed our perception of contractors completely.
