I moved into a Gingerich Home in May 2016. The custom home is beautifully constructed. Daniel and Nate were more than accommodating with addressing all of our needs and went above and beyond to make this a seamless move for us. We are very happy with the house and haven't had any issues whatsoever.

We purchased a brand new home from Gingrich Homes. They have been very attentive to the "punch list," and will try to satisfy. They said that they will be responsible for repairs for one year after our move-in date, which is great. In this area, however, most builders will make repairs up to two years post move-in, but we're grateful for one year.

Gingerich Homes did an excellent job building our home. A father & son team that pays great attention to detail, installs high end finishings, and at a fair market price. After we purchased the home and moved in, both Nate and Daniel have been quick to follow up to all issues that we found, and had them quickly fixed. It was clear that they treat their vendors the same as their customers, as we were pushed to the front of the line when problems came up. I highly recommend them to build your next home!
