While I've not yet completed a project with GoldenLine, I wanted to share how amazing the customer service experience has been with Michelle, Sagi, and the entire team. They've provided incredible guidance and support, without even being fully contracted. I'd recommend the team here for anyone who is looking for great partners to provide quality advice and craftsmanship.

We contracted Goldenline construction Inc to do a full remodeling of our kitchen and we couldn't be happier. Beginning with our contractor Sagi our foreman Jordan and all the other professionals who were involved. Sagi kept us informed every step of the way and was always available we needed him. Jordan went out on a liimb at least a couple of times to accommodate us. The rest of the professionals all did an excellent job!No complaints here.

I would definitely recommend hiring Eldan and his team at Goldenline. They are professional and timely with superb attention to detail. We initially hired them for a pool build and backyard remodel. We were so happy with our experience that we have since hired them for more projects. Eldan is very communicative, available and helpful throughout the entire process, which is extremely important as we have worked with many contractors whom seem to be unavailable once a project starts or (even worse) make error after error on an expensive project. As a perfectionist myself, I especially appreciate Eldan's attention to detail. He had his workers completely redo pool tiling because they weren't laid to his liking (and this was without my input), which I was very impressed by since it obviously costs him more to do. He will also take initiative to make suggestions and corrections as the project progresses. He has been able to step into a messy job with a previous contractor, correct the errors and complete the job. It is hard to find this caliber of a contractor (and team) so do yourself a favor and hire the team at Goldenline. Also, I never really write reviews but I did for this because they are that good.

We decided to work with Goldenline on some remodel projects for our house. We did an update of our bathroom and powder room with all new finishes and features along with a partial demo of our kitchen to remove mold (and then rebuild to match the existing kitchen). On the exterior we removed, prepped and repainted the entire house. We worked with Or as our project manager. Unfortunately because of the extent of the work, we could not sleep or use running water at our house, but we had a neighbor let us use their backyard guest house while the work was completed. We only had access to said guest house for roughly 4 or 5 weeks so it was a fairly compressed timeline to complete all of the interior work. As with any construction project, especially in an old house, we encountered our fair share of unexpected circumstances which would lead to delays or changes in the work. However, Or and the various work crews were really responsive and cognizant of our deadline and put in the extra effort to overcome some of the conditions and delays we encountered and when all was said and done, we came really close to hitting our original timeline for project completion. The quality of the finished work is very good. The tile work (bathrooms & kitchen) specifically came out really nice as well as the cabinetry work completed in the kitchen. One of the design features we wanted to implement was to use cedar planking on the ceiling of the bathrooms and the finished product is even better than we had hoped for. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is exceptional and there is a seamlessness across the ceiling even with recessed lights, an exhaust fan and old crooked walls creating obstacles to work around. On the exterior of the house, the painting crew went above and beyond to remove all of the existing damaged paint (which was extensive) and patch and repair the stucco where necessary. All of the taping and detail work was precise and clean. After completing the paint job, we noticed a couple of problem spots where the paint had failed to adhere to the wood posts along our porch and the team came back out to repair and remedy the problem. The house looks great. One of my only complaints was that while we had consolidated all of our belongings out of the work spaces and into adjacent rooms, it would have been helpful to get a heads up about the level of dirt and dust that would be kicked up / created and settle on all of our stuff. Goldenline did put up plastics barriers to close off the work spaces but nevertheless, construction is a dirty business and we had to do several days of cleaning (our house and our possessions) after the work was completed. More communication on that front would have helped us cover and protect some of our possessions a little better prior to the start of work and probably saved us a good amount of time cleaning afterwards. Other than that, we were very happy with the completed work and would recommend GLC.

After deciding to remodel the master bathroom in my condo I received 4 bids on the project, without question I had the most confidence in Eldan and Goldenline Construction to finish the job with the highest quality in the shortest amount of time. Eldan came through and delivered a beautiful bathroom exactly as I wanted it and was able to overcome some difficult hurdles. In doing the demo, we discovered that the bathroom had previously been remodeled right on top of the original bathroom so he ended up having to essentially demo twice. Nothing phased Eldan and even though issues would come up throughout the project (often out of his control), Eldan would quickly find a solution and move forward. When you are doing a big project, you need someone who has seen it all before and always knows how to handle the issues that come up. He’s also a very talented designer and finds creative solutions to maximize space and efficiency – in all respects 5 stars, very responsive to any questions throughout the entire project.

Goldenline Construction made my dream kitchen! I love it and highly recommend them for any job you have!!! They completely changed my kitchen and I went from 7 cabinets to 15! I couldn't be happier!!!

I hired Goldenline Construction to build an addition to my home. Although I contacted almost ten contractors I decided to go with Goldenline, they just seemed to be most reliable for that job. Eldan and his team shoved up on scheduled date of the project. They were great from start to finish of the project. There were some unexpected issues, nothing serious and Eldan resolved everything easily. The project was finished ahead of scheduled and the quality is excellent. Taking my old home that was made in 1986 and remodeling it to look brand new was no easy task. Kfir did an outstanding job on my home, taking his work to a nw level and doing an outstanding job. His crew were amazing very focused and great at there expertise.

As I am a retired contractor I know the business and I can tell you Kfir is a real professional, he knows exactly what he is doing. We went through a month of construction in our house that turned out perfectly. We've remolded our kitchen and bathrooms and I am so thrilled with our new house. Some of the things I wanted were unfortunately unrealistic for my kitchen because of the pipeline and I was worried about it not being what I had in mind but again these guys are so great they made it better than what I had in mind.... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I'm just going to start off by saying: I love my new kitchen!!! Going through the remodel was rough but I felt like I was in good hands and everyday that went by I realized what a great choice I've made hiring Goldenline. These guys are great and I'm so happy with my kitchen now!! I had this idea of how I wanted it to look and the team delivered! I wish I've known about them sooner...

The sheer thought of a kitchen remodel gave me a stomach ache, but I've put it off from my to do list for way too long. I never liked our kitchen and it was time I did something about it. My partner actually did a lot of the research when it came to finding the right professional because I was, again, putting it off. Easily one of the best construction companies to go too. Came in to redo my pool and kitchen and they were the perfect people to work with. We have called golden line construction to take a look at House we were planning of buying in order to understand what would be the cost to make it our own. Golden line construction is by far honest, punctual and professional. Kfir is incredibly thorough and easy to talk to about what we wanted and made sure to meet those requests. They arrived on time, covered the unrelated areas and basically treated my home like it was theirs. The bathroom addition came out gorgeous! Communication was very good and price wise, They were not the cheapest quote we received but definitely not anywhere near the most expensive My friend said that dealing with a contractor will be a big headache, I consider myself lucky I found Golden Line Construction.

Golden line construction did an amazing Major Remodeling job at my dad's house. He's had that house since the 70's and it hasn't been kept well, especially the exterior. Cracked paint, chips, and abrasions from the lawn didn't help either. Based off a recommendation, I reached out to Eldan for a quote. Within 4 hours (he was on another job), he came out to review my property and offer a base quote, dependent on the type of material. The house was brought back to life and looks beautiful. I highly recommend Ian and his company Golden Line Construction for renovations and room additions. We wanted to add an upstairs to our house to have a second floor with more bedrooms. Though I believe that the home I’ve lived in for the last five years is beautiful, my children are getting older and there just isn’t enough space anymore. Saying that the home I recently bought needed some TLC is an understatement. It was a complete wreck. The paint was peeling, the light fixtures were hideous, the appliances were outdated and new floors needed to be laid in the kitchen. Goldenline Construction Inc. did an amazing job on the renovations they did to my master bathroom and one of my upstairs bathrooms. we love them! had a great time working with this company! they promised and delivered, we did the kitchen and bathroom complete remodeling plus a few knickknacks around the house. our friend is an interior designer and he helped and inspire us on our new gorgeous kitchen, brand new cabinets and counter tops. in the master bathroom we installed new hot tub and redid all the floors and walls also replaced the fixtures and vanity mirrors. we are blessed that the project started and ended right before my family came for a visit from Florida for couple of weeks. now we are considering doing another project and of course we will call golden line construction! and that's what did it for us, our friends already asked us for their number. my husband was so pleased with the guys that he invited them to bbq after the job was done.

We loved working with Goldenline construction team! We did a master bed room and a kitchen remodeling. From step one the communication was good and transparent, which is what we were looking for after some bad experience in the past with contractors. So me and my wife had our ideas more of a guide lines what we want to do. And we were open for good and better ideas to enhance the room. The room was colored dark beige , so we went with lighter colors scheme. We also fully upgraded the hardware and replace to countertops with granite ones. And one of the coolest things is we added some smart home gadgets such as switch lights and outlets that we can control from our phone. To me a good contractor is sized by the way he finishes the job, and we are very happy with the work Goldenline construction did for us!
