Cillessen Construction Company

Multigenerational Home Builders in Granby

“Cillessen Construction did a full-house overhaul for us: siding, concrete, window wells, a new fence and gate, flooring, interior and exterior paint, and removing a wall in favor of an open iron stair railing. Every project was handled with skill and care. Their pricing was transparent, and every contractor who came through our home was professional, respectful, and obviously skilled at their craft. They paid close attention to detail and took our feedback seriously. Kurt, our project manager, was responsive, clear, and helpful from start to finish. What impressed us most was their integrity. We'd hire them again for any future project without hesitation.”

“We hired Melton to remodel the first floor of our home, including a kitchen, bathroom, family room, and dining room. This was the first time we had undertaken a project of this size, and they made it as easy as it could have been. During the design process they acted on all of our feedback and iterated until we had a solution that we were happy with, and they also came up with ideas that we would not have otherwise thought of. Construction went super smoothly, and the project was finished within a week of their original timeline. They also left the job site very clean at the end of each work day, which I really appreciated (thanks, Scott!). No delays, on budget, no complaints from our neighbors. Can't ask for much better than that. If you're leaning towards going forward on a project with them, I would recommend asking for a second round of opinions (from the design/construction side, not just sales) on the initial cost estimate that they provide. We encountered a situation where the that first "ballpark" quote was significantly lower than the subsequent estimate for some elements of the work, leading us to reduce the project's scope to meet our budget. Ultimately, they are really nice people to work with and they care about delivering a great product. We have no regrets in choosing them for our project, and we'd do it again.”

“As a painting contractor, I work with many different home builders in Summit County. One thing that really sets Pinnacle apart is their commitment to clear communication and professionalism across the many multiple aspects of a home building process. From the accounting department to the project managers to the design team to the guys sweeping the floors on the jobsites, it seems like every team member is all in to make this well-oiled machine run at its best. They are a pleasure to work with, and my business has learned a lot from them.”
