New Home Construction Companies in Granby

“Cillessen Construction did a full-house overhaul for us: siding, concrete, window wells, a new fence and gate, flooring, interior and exterior paint, and removing a wall in favor of an open iron stair railing. Every project was handled with skill and care. Their pricing was transparent, and every contractor who came through our home was professional, respectful, and obviously skilled at their craft. They paid close attention to detail and took our feedback seriously. Kurt, our project manager, was responsive, clear, and helpful from start to finish. What impressed us most was their integrity. We'd hire them again for any future project without hesitation.”

“What an incredible experience with D&G Home Pro Construction! Our kitchen remodel turned out even better than we imagined, and we are absolutely thrilled with our new space. From the very beginning, we could tell that D&G takes pride in their work. Every person involved in our project from the design team and office staff to the skilled tradespeople working in our home, played a part in bringing everything together. Our project manager, was phenomenal. He kept everything moving, stayed on top of all the details, answered our questions, and made sure things were done right. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better person overseeing our remodel. His assistant was equally wonderful and always stepped in wherever he could to help us. We also have to give a huge shout-out to, our carpenter. This man is incredibly talented! His craftsmanship is something special, and what he created for us is absolutely beautiful. Our new kitchen island is HUGE, stunning, and truly the centerpiece of our home. I still can’t believe it’s ours! The office staff deserves recognition as well. From finance to operations, our calls and questions were handled with kindness and professionalism. It really takes an entire team to pull off a project like this, and D&G has a great one. Thank you for taking our vision and turning it into a kitchen we absolutely love. You helped make a dream come true for us, and we are so excited to fill this beautiful new space with family, friends, laughter, and memories for years to come. We are incredibly grateful to the entire D&G Home Pro Construction team and would recommend them without hesitation.”

“My husband and I recently finished a kitchen "refresh" (plus some "scope creep" additions to our dining and living rooms) with Melton Design Build. We love our new space and thank the team for guiding us with their form-meets-function talent, professionalism, receptivity, honesty, attention to detail and clear communication with us. Dare I say I miss them. We felt so cared for by the leads (Tara on design and Nick on project management) and the way they worked with the trades teams. Nick sent us weekly project updates, and both he and Tara were quick to respond to any questions we had. I wholeheartedly give a 5-star rating on their integrity as well as talent.”
