We built a two story home in Carillon Beach using Grand Floridian Builders. They worked very hard with us to get a good price for the construction and still provide a high quality product. They let us use personal sources for some finishes and worked well with the providers. Shane's attention to detail makes his firm one of best to work with. He spotted issues that I never saw, and had them corrected quickly. I am very happy with the house they built and would recommend Grand Floridian Builders Inc. to anyone interested in building a house in Panama City Beach.

Grand Floridian Builders built our house in Carillon Beach 20 years ago, and it still looks great. The house not only stood the test of time for design and style, but has also stood up against the harsh elements of the coastal environment. Shane and Lisa have always been available if we needed assistance with anything, and it's unusual for a builder to be around 20 years later to help the home owner. Their homes retain their value and their excellence in craftsmanship is evident even in homes approaching 20 years of age. I highly recommend Shane Adams and his firm Grand Floridian for your residential construction needs. Shane managed our home construction in Carillon Beach from start to finish,... Coordinating the architectural drawings, making finish recommendations, and considering issues which my wife and I never anticipated. He required top quality work from all the subcontractors, provided complete and accurate cost estimates in advance of the service, delivered monthly cost to budget reports and only deliver pleasant surprises. We have built five homes in the past and this by far was the most professionally done. If you want the best service and, most importantly, the best ending result, my wife and I heartily recommend the Grand Floridian. R & C Bowers
