We have had a wonderful experience with Grandscape Homes Ltd. We felt well taken care of and the vision for our home was well executed. We did not feel like one of a million clients, we felt apart of a family. Truly great team to work with.

We are very happy with our renovation!! Tony, Lina and all of their staff and contractors were very focused on doing an excellent job and they delivered! We get nothing but rave reviews from friends and family when they see our new home. The Team at GrandScape were very talented, highly skilled, went the extra mile to deliver on time and on budget We would highly recommend GrandScape Homes to anyone looking at renovating or building a new home.

Excellent general contractor. Grandscape met their budget commitment and completed the project ahead of schedule. The subcontractors they selected were generally of very high quality. We would use them again and would recommend them to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Tony, Lina, and Pam. They were open and responsive to our questions, transparent and fair at all times, and had a great rapport with all the trades. Pam was onsite nearly every day and kept us in the loop about progress and any issues that came up. We also found the trades to be very professional, trustworthy, and just all around nice people. I appreciated their advice, suggestions, and expertise. Overall, Grandscapes made our renovation process - which was floor to ceiling, on all three levels - about as painless as possible. We would highly recommend them.

My husband & I looked for almost 3 years for the perfect inner-city home. We could never find exactly what we wanted. There was always something we didn’t like until we saw our current home, a custom build by Tony & Lina Ribecco of Grandscape Homes. We hadn’t even considered a semi-attached but once we saw this gorgeous executive home, we knew it was “the one”. We have now been in the house 6 months and are loving it. Everything about it is of the highest quality and design. From the excellent location to the wonderfully unique design, the high-end finishings and the incredible attention to detail, we could tell right away that Grandscape and its tradespeople are second to none. We adore our home and wouldn’t change a thing. Any issues that have come up have been addressed and rectified promptly by Tony and Lina. They have excellent customer service and encourage open communication. We are truly grateful to have found this home and for the opportunity to live here. We are currently building a beautiful "side by side home" close to the inner city with GrandScape Homes. Tony & Lina Ribecco are absolutely wonderful to work with. We are thoroughly enjoying this experience and are so impressed with the quality of the construction, design of this home and the artisan work by the trades they utilize. You can tell that the tradespeople take a great deal of pride in their craft and have been very helping in providing recommendations regarding functionality (e.g. design of walk in closets, lockers in the mud room and design of a computer desk etc.). GrandScape Homes excels in customer service and have an impeccable reputation. Although this was a "spec" home, we purchased it early enough to be able to make minor modifications and customize it to "make it our own". We have looked at new builds for 8 months and none of them ever came close in comparison to the quality of construction and elegance of this beautiful home. Tony and Lina (owners/operators) are great to work with and will diligently work WITH you to solve all the various issues that come up as you build your custom home. Our home was completed on time with great quality and an assessed value ~20% greater than our building and land costs. At the time of writing this review, we've recommended them to four couples now. One chose them and has a fabulous home delivered on time and is minimally over budget. The other three have switched builders at least once, are significantly over budget and suffered year+ long delays getting into their homes. When selecting a home builder be sure to consider the team you are hiring as well as the promised end product. My suggestion: focus more on the process than the end product. The relationships, great communication and hiring the best people are the key factors in achieving a process that results in the quality custom home you envision. The home is the end product of these all too often neglected aspects of the building process. Best of luck! Consider giving yourself a leg up by hiring Tony and Lina.

We have been collaborating with Tony and Lina (Grandscape owners) on custom home-build projects for over 5 years now, and have had the pleasure of working with them in helping many homeowners build their custom home. They have been absolutely amazing to work with. Their approach to building a home entirely revolves around the needs of the client. They are both very involved in the project on a day-to-day basis giving much care and attention to every detail. Tony himself was “brought up on the tools”, so he is very knowledgeable about construction practices, and the nuances which come with a custom home build. He is exceptionally skilled at anticipating issues before they arise, and problem-solving to ensure the final product is exactly as the client wanted, while being mindful of keeping on budget. As I mentioned, their entire service is extremely client-focused. It’s always very impressive when you speak to a client who has built with Grandscapes. Not only do they rave about their phenomenal experience, quality of home, and attention to detail. They are still very vocal about how stress-free and satisfying their home-build experience with Tony and Lina was – this is a huge testament in itself to the level of builder that Grandscapes is. I would very highly recommend Grandscapes to anyone who is looking to build a beautiful custom home.

GrandScape Homes was great to deal with right from initial stages of design until now...5 years after we moved in! First time builders, so we did a lot of research before starting and GransScape game highly referred. Our home is ~6000ft2 on 2 acres originally with out services. A few hiccups along way but Tony delivered everything he promised; home was built on time and we love finished product. Very good trades that seem to be loyal. A few settling issues over the years that Tony has looked after for us. Highly recommend!

Grandscape homes built us a custom home and it was the best experience we have ever had. It was not out first time in a canoe as we have built 5 homes in Calgary throughout the years. Tony and Lina are very honest with their costs unlike many builders. They use only the best trades who all speak very highly of Grandscapes. There are many Calgary builders out there but I would only use Grandscapes.

GrandScape Homes - variety of project types and sizes, easy to work with, work hard to keep costs down, good relationships with tradespeople, proactive and this eliminates having to do things twice. We are building from a distance and having a builder that we trust and who we know is working in our best interest is very important.
