In 2017, Graziani Homes built us the custom home of our dreams!!! The quality and craftsmanship of our home is second to none! Bill was absolutely phenomenal to work with every step of the building process. From helping us decide where to best place our home on our private lot, to the ongoing communication through each building phase. Bill's professional building expertise and knowledge helped guide us in making important building decisions. Building with Graziani Homes was such an enjoyable and rewarding process. Each of Bill's subcontractor's exceeded our expectations and did absolutely everything they could to make our experience so special and our house the utmost quality. Deadlines were always met and staying within budget was never a problem. We would recommend Graziani Homes to absolutely anyone looking for a truly one of a kind, custom built home along with a VERY, VERY enjoyable building process.

Bill and his staff of contractors were excellent to work with from project start up to completion. From the beginning consultation (including work working with us to develop a project budget), throughout the framing and construction, and final trim work, Bill was easy to work with and was extremely flexible and accommodating. Living close to the construction site, I was on site on a daily basis, and as such was in constant communication with Bill regarding my concerns and observations. Bill was very understanding of this and answered my questions without reservation. Bill's sub-contractors were excellent to work with and helped answer any questions my wife and I had throughout the construction process. Graziani Homes built a beautiful custom home for us. They helped with the design, subcontracting for carpet, kitchen, lighting, etc. Bill did an excellent job. We are VERY happy with our home, had very few issues during and after the process. Bill continues to be very responsive.

We used Graziani Homes to hep build our home. It was our first experience building custom. There was so much to think about, in terms of design, layout, appliances, interior decorating and most of all budget. At times it felt overwhelming. Bill was always there to answer questions and offer guidance on how we could meet our design/function goals and stay with in budget. In the end our home was done on time and within all of the allowances listed in the contract. We were so pleased with our experience that we decided to use Graziani Homes with out next project, gutting an existing home and redesigning it into a commercial medical office. You can not imagine the amount of red tape and local ordinances we had to work around to get the project done. Bill's professional demeanor and in depth understanding of local codes and zoning, kept the project moving on schedule. There was never an issue that came up that was not handled quickly and efficiently. Once again we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We would definitely use Graziani Homes again and would highly recommend for both residential and commercial, new construction or remodel.

We have been in our home for one year since closing with Graziani Homes and can honestly say the total construction and followup process has exceeded our expectations. Since our last interim review in August, 2013, we have moved in ahead of schedule and on budget with all the changes, additions and upgrades negotiated. Working with Bill and his contractors we have been able to update our home with interior, electrical and landscaping projects to add the finishing touches to our residence since taking possession in November, 2013.. All the work has been done professionally, priced reasonably and completed within the promised time frame. In addition, Bill has periodically resolved the inevitable minor issues that arise with new construction at no charge and in a timely manner. This is in stark contrast to some builders who cannot be found and never set foot in the house once it's completed and sold. Bill has always been available to answer questions and recommend service providers for the ongoing updates. We are extremely happy with the quality of construction in our home and would not hesitate to build again in the future with Graziani Homes.

We are currently building with Gaziani Homes and are about a month away from moving in. This is the third house we have built and it has been the easiest. First, I would like to comment on the quality of the work. Bill Graziani's houses are very well built and he does not cut corners. I was truly impressed as I watched all of the phases of the build. Never once did I have to bring anything to his attention. ( I have been in the 526 alto piano house and it is as beautiful as the pictures.) Second, we did not get nickle and dimed. The price is the price. We did not have any suprises. Third, if something is not right they go out of their way to fix it. I picked paint colors and their painter painted a few walls for my approval. I approved the colors and then when he painted the whole house I realized that I hated the colors. They said it wasn't a big deal and then the builders wife came over and helped me re choose colors. This had to have been a total pain for them but never once did I feel like I was a bother. Most importantly, they have built so many homes that they know what works and what doesn't. Tracy, who is the builders wife, is all that you need. I told her that I wanted our home to look "luxury rustic" and she ended up picking out the lights, cabinets, countertops, flooring, and all of the bathroom tiles. When we first started the build, I was excited to pick everything out myself. However, once we started working with her, I realized that she has such a knack for interior design that I just let her pick it all out because what she was picking was better than what I had imagined. We are very happy with the Graziani family.

We bought a spec house that wasn't to the final stage so we were able to include some of our own desires into the final product. Bill worked with us to add an awesome outdoor kitchen on the patio. He was easy to work with, listened to our needs to give us spaces that worked for us and was easily accessible. But above all he built us quality, custom house that we love.
