Neil is a great guy with vision! He has been working tirelessly with his vendors as well as others go not only get the best prices, but also value engineer items where it makes sense. With a background in architecture, his on site decision making is grounded in those fundamentals and it shows.

Hardin Builders designed and built our lower level and turned it into an incredible useful new space for our entire family to enjoy. He designed and built a relaxing and fun area for watching sports and movies with custom 7:1 dolby surround sound, another area for a bar, custom pool table room detailed with custom wood ceilings, library with custom built-ins, and a separate full bedroom and luxurious private bath with steam room and shower. Everyone that comes over is blown away at the transformation. Neil is really talented at what he does and such a pleasure to work with. The entire crew was friendly and accommodated working with us during construction. Thanks again Neil!
