Hardison building does not stand by their worksmanship. There homes are bad quality with a lot of issues. They do not pride themselves on who they say they are. I have not even lived in our brand new home for a year and we are getting ready to put it on the market.

I've worked with a few custom builders, being in the real estate business. Hardison Building is by far the easiest to work with. The staff is beyond exceptional!

My Hardison home is the worst built home I have ever owned out of eleven. Poor quality, Poor craftsmanship and terrible service. Pure garbage. I wouldn't buy another Hardison home ever. A single wide trailor has better quality than my Hardison Home. Had dozens of defects and not one repaired correctly. I have spent over $20,000 out of pocket because Hardison wouldn't correct defects in a professional manner, under the 1 year warranty.

Hardison has done a great job for a variety of my clients. Their attention to detail in the build to ensure that the client can enjoy their home for years to come is one of the main reasons why it is great working with them. Hardison Building Co. was great to work with. We absolutely love our house. They were able to take care of our requests and are still working with us to make sure everything is perfect after moving in! Molly in the office is fantastic to work with! Hardison Building constructed a house for my family in 2011. It is a natural feeling to be nervous when making such a large purchase, however, the team at Hardison quickly made my wife and I feel at ease. The initial contract was done face to face with the owner of the company, Dean Hardison. I found Dean to be very fair in his negotiations and willing to work within his means and our budget. One particular thing that impressed us the most was that many items such as crown molding, decorative interior doors, wood flooring, tray ceilings, and chair rails were already included in his base price for our model. Unlike other builders we shopped, this feature drastically reduced the amount of add-on's and contract changes we would require. Next, we worked with Molly in the design center. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the market and current design trends. She was able to offer us suggestions that not only looked great, but also looked out for our wallet. Last, we had the pleasure of working with Paul as our superintendent. Paul was simply wonderful. He made certain ALL of the work was completed on time, on budget, and more importantly above code. His attention to detail and the subcontractors were top notch. In fact, during our final walkthrough, we noticed only a couple minor items for review prior to closing. Before and after close, Dean contacted us personally to make certain everything was to our standards. Paul also followed up after the sale. Hardison offered a comprehensive one year new home warranty and I am proud to say at the end of the year, we had no action items for them to follow up on.
