Building home & very impressed I was in the market for a new home for over a year. I looked at Mid-atlantic, Ryan, NV Homes (still Ryan), Toll Brothers, K&P, Caruso... And a few other builders. This builder offered the most flexibility with customizations. We wanted a Mother-In law suite and maximum square footage throughout the house. They did not overcharge for the customizations... very fair with cost... of course the cost were padded a little-- as they need to make a profit. The builder was not pushy... we stated what we wanted in a home and the representative (Jim Erb) stated that he felt we would enjoy the largest home they had to offer at the Beechtree neighborhood. We looked at the model and fell in love with the Ashley. This home already offered the option of having two huge sunrooms. I am VERY VERY picky when it comes to how I want my house, Jim took very good care of us- if an option was going to be too pricey or not look that well, he was honest and told us. Because we asked for so many customized options, we had a meeting with the construction manager and several time during the per-construction phase, we had phone conversations with the VP of Construction. UNHEARD OF!! You don't mind shelling out $700,000 for a house when you are treated so respectfully and shown that the construction of your home is the company's priority and you can see that EVERYONE in the company has a passion for building quality homes. I really felt that from talking with the different folks in the company-- No one seemed to be in business because they just wanted money-- they are in this business because they have a passion for constructing homes that are build solidly and beautifully. Very classy and professional builder. Now for the finish product... our home is under construction but I will provide an updated review!! But I recommend this builder above any builder that I've found in the area!!!

Provided Haverford with kitchen and bath material. We also measured each unit so that the proper dimensions were used. And finally we installed each unit.
