Dave, Ashley, Susy, & Mike made what could be an overwhelming stressful adventure, very easy and pleasant. True professionals. I wouldn't trust anyone else with selling or building my new home.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a Builder! As a single female, this process was very scary and overwhelming initially. Dave, Ashley and Susy were there every step of the way helping to answer questions and giving me guidance through the entire process. I have the most beautiful home and would highly recommend building with Healy homes. My experience was truly exceptional and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Healy Homes built our first house in 2016. We selected one of their customizable floor plans that fit our needs perfectly. We then were able to customize our home using their extensive options list or bring items we purchased separately. One of the things I appreciated most is that we did not have to pay for upgrade after upgrade to get the features of the home that we wanted because many of our priorities came standard. They were also very good about helping us stay within the budget that we set. The whole Healy Homes team were great to work with and responded promptly to any of our questions or concerns. I could not recommend them more highly.

Ashley & David Healy & Susy Yeatman could not have been a more amenable & professional builder/design team to guide us through the thicket of decisions required to customize our beautiful Healy-built home. They provided fantastic design advice on everything from granite counters, tile, color schemes, flooring choices & were able to accommodate our last-minute desire for a gorgeous butler's pantry not included in the original plans. They always suggested elegant yet budget-conscious solutions. It was our privilege to work with the Healy team, a joyful experience!

Really wish there was a 4.5 star option. As a professional in the building industry, hiring a home builder was going to be challenging for both myself and the builder. Healy Homes made the experience a great one and id highly recommend them. As a smaller home builder in the Knoxville market, Healy Homes offered a better than average constructed home at very reasonable prices. They don't nickle and dime you by selling you the basics as upgrades and instead include may features and design elements other builders charge over the top fees for. They truly give you a semi-custom home without the headache. That said, I couldn't give them 5-stars due to, frankly, Healy Homes just being a smaller builder. Don't expect massive workforce mobilization, visual floor plan layouts, large option lists, or a ton of lots to build on. In exchange though you get personalized service from people that care and a well built home that wont break a budget.

Wonderful company! They prove the value of building a high-quality product at a reasonable price! Thorough follow-up, conscientious interactions and objective advice enabling us to make our own decisions. I will gladly do business with them again!

Very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a new home! The style and design is more unique and fitting versus those big corporate builders. They are local to the area which is nice.

The Healy Homes team is the real deal in quality home building. We had such a wonderful experience with them building our new home. They listened to everything we wanted and came through every time! We cannot recommend them enough!
