We are a residential builder in the greater Madison, WI area with a 30+-year history that have roots in creative design and on-the-job experience. We understand that a home of any scale can have wonderful features and detail, so we pay attention to materials that last and have a timeless quality. Our team is the heart of our business and every day the staff of Heffron Homes brings together their talents to manage a meaningful home building experience for our clients. We're proud to have employees to perform the majority of the carpentry functions, as well as have an in-house interior designer, a talented staff draftsperson, and attentive project managers.

If I could give more stars I would! Before building our house my husband and I heard that it could be a challenging time but we had the complete opposite experience! We felt in control of the entire process but also felt like we had the expertise and and recommendations we needed. The entire team is welcoming and professional. Having gone through the custom home building experience we will never go back! I recommend Heffron Homes to anyone I can!

Everyone did a wonderful job from helping me pick out my design, construction and finishing. This is truly my dream home on my dream property on Lake Wisconsin. This is the second home that Heffron Homes built for me and I continue to be very satisfied with the end result as I was in my first home. The workmanship is great and the subcontractors were fantastic to work with. I build this second home within a year after the passing of my husband and Heffron Homes made it so stress free in all of the decisions that had to be made. The lot had many challenging aspects and Heffron Homes was able to place the home perfectly to give wonderful views of the lake from all angles. From the drafting table to the finished product all went without incident, well organized in each step of the design team and the building process. The workmen and vendors were all friendly, professional and a pleasure to get to know and work with, always willing to listen to ideas and incorporate them . I could not be any happier with the quality of work that is now in my home.
