Founded by Jerad and Mollie Kilburg in 2009, High Craft has distinguished itself as a leader in the greater Iowa City, Solon, North Liberty, Tiffin, and Cedar Rapids area. Jerad Kilburg of High Craft Homes and Lepic-Kroeger Realtors represented us in the buying of our first home. Jerad built us our dream house in 2013. We choose Jerad as our builder after actually meeting with several other builders. Jerad is a superb builder. His vision is unique and practical. He suggested design features that had never even crossed our minds and we could not be happier with the end product. Jerad was very easy to work with and upfront and honest about costs of any upgrades that we added during the building process.

We would highly recommend Jerad (High Craft Homes) to build your home. Our house was done 2-3 weeks ahead of schedule and within budget. Most importantly it is a high quality home with the bells and whistles that make a house a home. Jerad is very good about making suggestions that don't add a lot of cost but really make a splash. We had worked with another builder first, that told us we couldn't afford granite counter tops and was going to charge us for every paint color change we made. With Jerad, those are standard in every home he does because he wants the house to look just as amazing as you do. If we ever built another house we would absolutely use Jerad and High Craft Homes.

When looking to build our home, my husband and I decided to walk through the Parade of Homes. In a weekend we were able to see over 30 new construction homes with a variety of builders. High Craft Homes really stood apart from the rest. With the highest quality homes for a reasonable price. You really get the most for your money with High Craft Homes. I am so happy we decided to build our dream house with High Craft Homes. We felt very comfortable in the process with very open communication with exactly what we were getting.

I would consider High Craft Homes one of the premier contractors in the corridor. This is because of Jerad's attention to detail and the personal touch he puts into his homes. Jerad is "hands on" with every house which seams to be a thing of the past for many. His customers are always pleased at the end of their project.
