What can we say? Outstanding general contractor!!! Hill completely remodeled our home from virtually the ground up. I'm not an easy person to make happy yet Ryan and Joe (our superintendent) not only met our expectations they exceeded them. They kept our punch list updated and kept the work flow moving on schedule as well as coordinating with quality craftsmen to complete our home. When we had even just the most minor concerns, they answered our questions or concerns regardless of the time of day or night.

Hill Construction totally gutted and rebuilt my kitchen & breakfast room, and replaced flooring throughout my house. Pete Hill's workers have been with him for years. They were careful and considerate, which I especially appreciated since I white-knuckled it and stayed in my house for all but a few nights. Phil Hartmann, the cabinet maker, did a superb job on the custom cherry cabinets. Pete, Phil & I sat at my dining room table & did the kitchen layout. Magically, it worked & is exactly what I wanted. The demo guys had experience, and did not wreck my furniture or walls moving everything into the Pod in my driveway. There were a few minor glitches, which were handled well, and expediently. Friends suggested I request a penalty clause if the project ran past completion date: No. As I told Pete, I wanted it done right, not fast. And it was. I am very, very happy with the result, and recommend Hill Construction at every opportunity.
