“Working with Dominic and LivModern was a pleasure from beginning to end. We initially found Dominic through another California-like, clean, and modern house he built. Besides his aesthetic, it was also his statement that he would build our home just like he would build one for himself…that is a very different perspective than most builders, and really resonated with us. He truly cares about the details as if it was his own house. Not just the visible features, but the mechanicals and the detail behind the walls and under the floors. He limits the number of simultaneous projects so he and his team really focused on our home. Our trust in Dominic was well-placed and in the end, he built us a wonderful home on which we are complimented constantly. We also left other aspects of the home building process and design in Dominic’s hands - he handled all of our landscaping design, designed our pool and deck, and our driveway. During construction, Steve was incredibly responsive, oversaw every detail, inspired and encouraged creative ideas, and was always positve; he never cracked under the pressure we put on him. Steve's wife, Susan, was especially helpful in filtering for us the abundance of design choices and selections that go into a custom home. We could not have devoted the time to the selection and design process without Susan's tireless assistance and artistic input. The result of Gander Builders' work: a home that meets our needs and warms our hearts. Steve and Sue really created a work of art for us to live in, unique to us.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed working with Adam Barry of Barriere Construction, as well as, all of his team members who worked on my remodeling projects. I have worked with Barriere Construction on two separate occasions and would definitely call on them again for future projects. Some of the work performed by them include: Bathroom remodel, new engineered flooring, interior paint throughout entire house and kitchen remodel. I am highly satisfied with the quality of work performed, and the professionalism of all the employees. Honesty and integrity are two qualities I look for when working with people and everyone from Barriere Consruction who worked in my home exemplified these qualities and more.
