Shane Ogilvie of Homescape builders is very talented and completely dedicated to customer satisfaction. He was the contractor for a major renovation of our home which took about a year. We literally ripped out everything. He brought great ideas to our architect’s plan and also collaborated with me to include my own. Shane bent over backwards to make my husband and I happy. We consider him to be a friend and can unequivocally recommend for any construction project, large or small.

Shane Ogilvie is a visionary problem-solver who is fair, transparent, and reliable. Not sure what more you can ask from a builder. Shane and I worked together to remodel a 1965 ranch in North Raleigh. Shane's ideas for the renovation exceeded my expectations. He took four small rooms in the front of the house and created one open contemporary living space. He brought in a 35-foot beam and vaulted the ceiling. In the back of the house, he combined two of the four bedrooms and created a master bedroom suite with a luxurious bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Everyone that walks into my house says, "wow"! Shane also did a great job of keeping me within my budget. How many builders do that? We came across some snags along the way due to COVID. Shane sourced multiple vendors and kept the renovation on schedule. Shane has built and renovated many homes in my north Raleigh neighborhood of Fairfax Hills. He is single-handedly beautifying the community while increasing property values.
