“We are very much satisfied with our choice of Franklin and Associates to carry out a thorough, multi-phase renovation on our 1880s Victorian home. From the first meetings where we conceived the project all the way through the completion of the work (February 2024 for the first phase), Tim Franklin listened to our thoughts, even if imperfectly expressed, and translated them into imaginative design solutions. Our hope was that updates and modernizations to the house would be largely invisible, as though they’d been there from the beginning. Tim delivered, beautifully. Every old house renovation has unexpected issues, and Tim, project manager Chris Janca, and their crew of craftsmen were at pains to keep us informed as to what they’d discovered and how it could be addressed. The depth and breadth of their experience was obvious. There were no unpleasant surprises, either on the work site or in the invoices for the job. We lived in the house through the entire renovation and this was not a hardship. The work crew including subcontractors was always professional and respectful. Phase 2 of the renovation is nearing completion and Tim and crew are still doing an amazing job. Looking forward to the end (for now) of the project in the final phase!”

“We recently wrapped up a full house remodel with Keselman Construction. It involved all 4 floors of our house and included a full bath remodel (2.5), a kitchen remodel, stairwells, framing, drywall, painting, custom carpentry, asbestos removal, plumbing, electrical, flooring and ceilings. We interviewed a dozen general contractors (2 were referrals) and I'm so glad we chose Keselman! They handled our project with the utmost workmanship and professionalism. Our estimator was spot on in the original quote, our designer was intuitive and honest, our PM was organized and diligent, and the construction professionals were very skilled and polite. While most construction projects are hairy by nature and delayed (ours was no exception), I still give Keselman a 10/10. Their high standard of work is evident through the people they choose to hire, the respectful way they treat their customers and the final craftsmanship displayed throughout our whole home.”
