Horn Custom Homes

We did NOT have a good experience when using this builder. The first thing that happened is that the gas line was not connected when we moved in the house. We had no gas or hot water for our showers. The front yard was torn up, while a trench was dug. Jason made all kinds of excuses. We were not offered to stay in a hotel until it was fixed. Then the front yard had to be redone It was uneven and lumpy. He charged us for that, since he was mad I called him on a Sunday to tell him to get it done. We sold our home and we found that there was mold in our aurcindung unit. It cost us close to $2,000.00 To put in a new unitbfirbthe sale. The worst part is that my husband has lung problems, and the mild was a risk factor. We did not contact him, because we were knew he would make more excuses and we were ready to move.

Building our home had been a dream and goal of ours. We chose Jason to build our home because we saw his beautiful parade of homes. Unfortunately, if you aren’t a Parade of home you will not get the same detail to perfection. It is your right to ask for things to be changed when they are done half heartedly. What I do not like about Jason is he is rude and can be extremely disrespectful when addressing issues. Also, be sure to hire your own inspector if you decided to use them.
