HR Homes is a family run house building company. They came highly recommended and delivered on all expectations. We built inside a city limits boundary so there were a lot of elements that HR Homes had to navigate to complete our home, and they did so on time and on budget. As with any project there are problems that occur, and how a company handles those problems is very important. I am happy to say that HR Homes handled all issues very well! Their contractors are all very professional and reflect very well on the overall experience. I would highly recommend HR Homes and Construction!

Gary and the HR team did a wonderful job building our dream home. They kept the build on budget and exceeded all expectations that our family had. Gary and the team operate from a place of high integrity and can be trusted fully.

We selected Gary to build our home early in 2020. Over the next three years, he stuck with us as navigated land acquisition and high lumber prices. We gave Gary our budget, and he provided us constant updates to keep us where we felt comfortable. We had antique beams from a family barn to add to our design. Gary gave guidance on how to use them and he and his team seamlessly incorporated them into our home. His subcontractors were all very knowledgeable and skilled. We are thrilled with how our home turned out!

My wife and I had some land and house plans for a build on that land and were about to just park things since the cost of building material and interest rates were increasing during COVID. While we put the final touches on our plans we decided to go back to square one and try another time to find a built we felt comfortable with and trusted understood our vision and our cost consciousness. Then God lead us to find Gary. Gary and his team with HR Homes made our dream become a reality. He took the time to really understand our goals and earned every bit of our trust. He pointed out additional areas he thought we could save on but also recommended areas where we definitely shouldn't cut costs on and the finished result is great. We have no regrets. I have a friend who is a well established home inspector and I paid for him to come and do a thorough pre-drywall inspection and he mentioned to me that it was one of the best quality jobs he had seen in a couple of years, and he does hundreds of inspections per year. I also had my good friend who we did our plans with come visit who builds premium custom builds in NC. He also had great things to say about the finished product. My wife and I were nervous when we started down the road of designing and building a home for our growing family... We loved the whole experience, not to say there weren't the odd stressing parts along the way, but we would absolutely build again if we ever needed to move and would absolutely have Gary and HR Homes build it. I highly recommend HR Homes to anyone looking at having their dream home built right!

They have good construction quality, on time delivery, good customer queries response, very nice amenities like we have temple to pray which u rarely get in.

This is our first custom built home. Taking on this task at 70 years old seemed like a crazy adventure. But, Gary (Sensitive Information Hidden) and his team made this dream come true. It has truly been a pleasure working with these guys. Gary is a builder who is prompt, honest and experienced. Our house was completed in 7 months. There was very little down time. He had people scheduled and working nearly everyday. We highly recommend HR Homes.

I have to update our review. It’s been 1 year since we finished the build and we ran into two minor issues that Gary and his team went above and beyond to address. I have heard about the horrors that people have had when building their homes; it is all about the builder and his team. My wife and I are so happy with our home and the results. HR Homes and Construction did an outstanding job building a home for us over the last 10 months. This was the 4th home we had built in Georgia and this project team exceeded all our expectations. Not only did they complete the home ahead of schedule but also came in under budget thanks to the rigorous oversight and tenacious work ethic of the management team and their contractors. The punch list was minimal and was taken care of quickly and professionally. The quality of work was outstanding but more importantly the lines of communication were far better than I could have ever hoped for. This company works to the highest standard of integrity and was an absolute pleasure to work with! Hoping to do more business with HR Homes and Construction in the future.

We interviewed Gary along with four other builders. Gary being the last. We were looking to buy a home or property, not sure which but my wife and I wanted to gage costs. Gary was the last builder we talked with, we walked the prospective property with him and discussed our options for home placement. The difference with Gary and most of the other builders was that we did not see dollar signs in his eyes. He was direct, personable, very knowledgeable, and definitely not pushy. We discussed our options and talked about our faith journeys. He passed us his number and said that if we needed to talk about anything related to the prospective build to call. During the next 6 months we moved forward doing everything necessary to buy the property, all the time calling on him for advice. Yet never had we signed a contract. In our mind we had a deal, he had put our trust in us and us in him. We signed the contract in January of 2022 and finished the build October 2022. He told us he would do everything in his power to help us keep the costs down but the cost climate was not good. Wood products were up over 3 times their normal costs, and product lead times were long. All that being said when we finished we came in under budget! Our loan official was shocked that we did not need the full loan amount. Trust is the main attribute that separates people you want to work with and those you don't. Gary, his family, his sub-contractors, his Brother Jason, everyone associated with HR Homes are people that we trusted from day-one. The manner in which they worked and the final product are outstanding. When taking on a project for a client there will always be bumps in the road. It is how you handle those bumps that count. Gary was always very professional when working out ways to overcome the obstacles; he was very good at keeping solutions cost effective and not diminishing the outcome. Gary, Cyndy and I thank you for all you did. Your integrity and friendship throughout our build made the project. I cannot say enough about the work you did and the manner in-which it was done. Our home is beautiful, thank you.
