My partner and I currently own a condo and have been wanting for several years to move into a single family home. We finally made the jump, hired a realtor and went on the search for dream home!! As we browsed through the MLS with our realtor, we easily crossed off homes until there was nothing left. We simply weren't willing to settle on a house that wouldn't meet our needs or would need "work" as soon as we moved in. As luck would have it, we found Kaleb with EIB Homes.
