Innovative Building and Remodeling

Innovative did an amazing job turning our shop into a gym, complete with a bathroom and kitchen. My husband is a personal trainer and will now be able to work from home. Innovative worked with us to make sure our vision was accomplished within our budget. Their communication throughout the project was wonderful!

I hired Innovative Building and Remodeling to remodel a unit in a duplex. The scope was new flooring, interior paint, kitchen counters, window coverings, new bathroom, new appliances and many other small fixes. Their crew did an excellent job, quality work and quality services. ...on time. There was a few items they missed. Once I pointed them out, they jumped right on them without question (rare in the construction business). Their fees are not cheap or expensive. I found their cost to be very fair. They did not nickle and dime me....and I felt I was also fair to them. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again. I am an architect and it is very hard to find a contractor that does quality remodeling to the level I am accustom to.

The Innovative crew was great to work with! There were some pretty tricky things about our home remodel, but they worked with structural engineers and created a wonderful home for us. They were responsive to all of our needs and if there was ever an issue, they did whatever they could to assure we were happy with the outcome. We are thrilled with our home remodel!

Innovative built a deck on my home which turned out fantastic. They used TREX decking material and an Alumawood cover to make a perfect outdoor space to enjoy regardless of weather. Workmanship was excellent and they showed up when they said they would. I would/will hire them again. Great people.
