Heather redesigned our home, creating an oasis we would have never figured out on our own. Heather cut out the middleman as she was the designer, general contractor, and builder. Best decision ever.

We hired Heather to do a complete renovation of a historic home in the North End. To say this project was daunting would be an understatement. Heather was chosen as our contractor because of her attention to detail and expertise of every aspect of the building process. Her subs are excellent, she communicates well and is very budget minded. This was the second time we contracted with her and we are very pleased with all her work. We highly recommend Innovative Custom Homes!

Where do I start?! Heather is absolutely wonderful! She has built us our dream home, a home we have always wanted. And from my experience looking into other builders BEFORE we found Heather, not all builders make homes, some just build houses. There is a big difference between a house and a home. The care, and time she showed us while building us our home was just beyond anything we could have ever hoped for. I swear it was fate that we found Heather! We didn't even go into our house hunting with the intention of buying, we looked at houses and played with the idea of building as our realtor wanted us to be open to all options, so to have found someone that treats each of her builds, as if it were her own, we are BEYOND grateful. And I have to mention that our build literally went off without a hitch. I know after speaking to others who have built, and speaking with our realtor, that delays are absolutely expected. Lots of them. But from start to end, we closed on our home less than a week later than the original build completion date... Now I know this probably isn't common, BUT, Heather made it happen. This whole experience has been nothing but amazing. All I can say is we are so grateful to have found her and her company! They are the best! And we will forever be grateful for our beautiful home.

Innovative Homes was contracted to build a retirement custom home in Southern Idaho. The house build and lot improvements generally went very well. The owners and project superintendent were easy to work with and very responsive for 90 - 95% of the build process. The attitude was always professional and almost always in tune with the topic detail. Heather is skilled, bright and articulate. She is also eager to please, correct the course if necessary, pick up on most communication detail and move us in a different direction with our material selection or home customization plans when appropriate. Innovative Custom Homes is a wonderful builder and easy to work with. Not only are deadlines met but their homes are beautiful inside and out. Their homes are custom for each client, the design's and colors they chose for their homes are amazing. They are not only professional, but they go beyond for their buyer's. A good example was once we closed the buyer had some questions and the builder helped them out with all their needs after the closing even after work hours.
