We love our home. My husband and I made some modifications from a plan IronCrest already had. Love that we could make it our own but still have such a functional design that was already available from the builder. It was so much fun to pick all the finishes and see how it came together in the end. We really enjoyed working with the IronCrest team and their sub contractors. We definitely recommend this builder :)

Paul Owens promised 2 walk throughs after building my new home to cover any issues. He never provided 2 and he threatened me when I called him out. Avoid this builder!

We chose to remodel our almost 20-year-old home this year with Ironcrest Homes. We selected Ironcrest for several reasons but, most importantly, because we trusted Paul and his team to make our remodel as smooth and easy as possible. Paul is incredibly motivated to make the home building process as enjoyable as possible for his clients. He goes the extra mile to balance style with budget and timeline. He is incredibly knowledgeable with current trends and was able to help us create the style of home that we dreamed of. Paul and his team of builders and designers were so easy to work with, even during a very challenging time with a worldwide pandemic going on. Our home finished within budget, very close to our target completion date and absolutely gorgeous. We would absolutely recommend Ironcrest Homes for new and existing construction projects. What is sometimes a long and frustrating process was so enjoyable for us and now we are living in the home of our dreams.

We had so much fun the first time building with IronCrest Homes that when it came time to downsize, we bought another one of their masterpieces! My husband and I decided we were going to embark on the journey of building our dream home - we’d been researching companies for awhile when fate stepped in and I passed an IronCrest trailer on the interstate on the way to work one January day. I knew from the photos their style and unique touches showed the kind of craftsmanship we were looking for. We came to the IronCrest team with a challenging proposition - build a home on a piece of rural property that had been in my family for generations. There was no driveway, no electricity, no water - just a beautiful piece of private land with way too many locust trees. We knew from the first meeting with Paul that we’d be in good hands and as we met the individual members of his team we were impressed by their willingness to hear our ideas and their ability to bring them to life. We had the freedom to make our own choices and the safety of experts to guide us in the right direction. The process was fun and stress free. The end result was a warm and inviting home full of individual touches and unique elements flawlessly executed by the IronCrest team of true craftsmen. We’re so thankful to have had this experience!

People say that building a house is stressful, but we had a blast. We had a great experience working with Paul, Lera and the crew at Ironcrest in the building of our new home. From the moment we met Paul in his model home, we hit it off and he never let us down throughout the process. Despite weather challenges he was able to meet his commitment to have us in our home by Thanksgiving. Everything was exactly as we asked for (the Butler's pantry and wine room are to die for) and Paul was more than accommodating in making slight changes as well as offering suggestions. The workmanship is outstanding and Paul and the team has been responsive throughout the process. We love it! Thanks Paul and the Ironcrest crew for building our dream home and making the experience a positive and pleasant one.

We would not recommend Ironcrest. They are not standing behind their product. I’m so disappointed in the craftsmanship. We’d never use them again. Throughout the building process, we caught several mistakes & were lied to on many occasions.

We are delighted with the home Ironcrest built for us! They asked us to give them our wish list for what we wanted, and they designed and built a house that delivered all of the essential things we wanted. We continually look around our home and think, “How did we get so lucky to get a home that is so perfect for us?! This is so beautiful!” Our overall experience of working with IronCrest from start to finish was really good. When we found the lot we wanted, they helped us negotiate a good price on it, and they steered us to a banker who set up a reasonable construction loan. We were especially pleased with the work and suggestions we got from some of their suppliers and subcontractors. The quality of their work is visible throughout our home. Unlike other folks we’ve talked to who have had problems with their new home construction, we experienced no such problems— no unfinished work, unpaid subcontractors, liens and other serious quality concerns. Their follow-up even after we had moved in was excellent. They were diligent and responsive to addressing any concerns we identified. Overall, we are very happy that we chose IronCrest as our builder. We consider them to be our friends now, and we felt we were treated very well throughout the whole process. And, best of all, we love our new home!

We love our Iron Crest house! We were able to view much of the building process. The builders were polite and created very high quality work with high quality materials. We have been in our house for about six weeks, and we are very happy with it. One of my favorite features is a little nook outside of the kitchen. It is something that I have only seen in Iron Crest homes. They built me a custom gym area that I absolutely love! If you are thinking of building a high quality, non cookie cutter home, Iron Crest is great!

I am so thankful that we had Paul and crew help us build our home. We absolutely love our house and it was such a fun experience. Paul told us building a house should be fun - and it was with the help of Paul, Matt, Gary and Lera. Our home turned out beautiful because of the amazing craftsmanship and special touches they helped create. I could not picture things by looking at a floor plan - Paul and Matt were so patient with me and helped bring the picture to life. Lera was on top of keeping us organized and helping us get our choices selected. Gary - just incredible finish work and I don't think there is anything he can't do. I loved that during each step of the process - we would stand in the house and go room to room to determine if we would change anything. I also valued their ideas and suggestions when we came to tough decisions along the way. They also were responsive, timely and made sure that we were comfortable with how everything was turning out. The subcontractors were always friendly, professional and they know the business. If you are looking to build a house - Ironcrest should be at the top of your list! I honestly could go on and on about our experience!

We are very happy we chose Iron Crest to be our builder. This was our first time building a home, and Paul and his team made us feel comfortable and confident at every step. Paul was so helpful with design ideas along the way that we wouldn’t have thought of, and incorporated such things as our antique chandeliers. When working with Paul, you get to work with the best subs. His painting, framing, and flooring teams are meticulous and his trim carpenter is an artist. It’s these details that distinguish the best builders. Thank you, Iron Crest, for our beautiful home.

We lived in our original home 20 years. When we decided to build a new home, rather than purchase an existing one, we were very apprehensive. We had heard all of the horror stories with delays in construction and pricing increases for every little change. We are extremely happy to say that the experience we had building with IronCrest Homes was nothing but enjoyable. Paul and his team were patient with our questions and concerns, attentive to details, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. They also helped us with a lot of creative ideas to better the original floor plan that did not “break the bank” or add any delays in construction. In fact, we moved into our new home within 1 week of the original projected date. We visited our new construction site frequently and met the team of contractors working on our home. They were all very kind, professional, hardworking and completed the work with amazing quality. Even the suppliers we went to visit to pick out our materials were patient and had lots of great ideas and solutions. After moving in our new home, the follow up from Gary and the other contractors has not stopped. They continue to follow up, answer any of our questions or comments we’ve had. We love our new home and are thrilled with the final product! We couldn’t wait to have family and friends over. We would highly recommend IronCrest Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home. A 10 out of 10 for quality and craftsmanship all the way around!
