Over the past 13 years we've had the privilege of building two custom homes with J.P. DiMisa Luxury homes. Once in 2008 and again in 2019. Both our builds were different in that we purchased a lot in a subdivision for the first and we owned our own land for the second. Each situation explored its own unique challenges but J.P's years of experience made our journey enjoyable which resulted in two quality built and beautiful family homes. I can’t say enough about J.P and his team. Their quest for perfection and quality is evident in their choice of trades and daily on site visits. Their professionalism was apparent at every step of the way and their focus is always YOUR home. No detail is too small for their team and if ever we had a question or concern it was dealt with immediately. The customer service was exemplary. Our builds were timely due to their dedication and experience organizing the trades and suppliers. There isn’t a more trustworthy builder and i would chose them again in a heartbeat.

As an interior designer, I get the opportunity to work with a broad range of custom home builders and other building professionals throughout South Florida. Working with J.P. DiMisa Luxury Homes was an absolute pleasure! Their team of sub-contractors, site supervisors, and tradespeople are able to take my designs and transform them into reality and according to the plan. And, when the client walks in to their finished home and sees the beautiful result of all the hard work and collaboration, then we know the team did what they were supposed to. We are just in the beginning of our new home project. These guys were easy to approach and i'm really impressed how honestly they gave us estimate and made us understand how they'll proceed further. They recently finished construction of our 4800 Sqft home with 4 bedrooms. It was great to work with J.P and his team. They're truly professionals and definitely one of the best you can find . Their construction management is very organized and streamlined. Quality and attention to detail is unparalleled. Surely recommend them if you're having a prestigious construction project in mind. I worked with J.P and his team to remodel our old house, which was built around 1960s. Their quote was the most detail oriented and customer service was efficient, the reason i choose to go with them. They delivered what we had envisioned and helped to plan it. Project recently got completed and i can say that, they exceeded my expectations. Quality is one of the best you can find in Miami, their team was very friendly and flexible with our requests for some changes in the plan. They deserve 10/10 for sure!!

Currently working with this company as a collaboration for one of my client's project and i must say J.P is truly amazing to deal with, his field knowledge, attention to client's and going out of his way to make sure everything goes as planned is something what i really appreciate. The project is almost 30% completed but still have lots of things to do, till now i'm impressed by this company's professionalism and working style. This company is on totally another level when it comes to customer service, they really try their best to make sure to cater to client's needs and make sure they are satisfied and that's something i truly appreciate. Hired them for renovation of our property, their quote was detailed and clear. They made sure to meet all the required specifications. Planning was professional and organized, execution was as good as planning. Satisfied with their service and have already recommended them among my family and friends.

Truly a professional company to work with and as an overseas client this company was recommended to us by my cousin, who had worked with them a couple of years ago. Our experience with J.P DiMisa was nothing short of exceptional. Great customer service, personalized attention to clients needs, clear communication, transparent work process. They surely deserve more recognition than they already have! They completed our project for a residential property which we plan to give out for rent exactly on schedule despite the pandemic situation, deadlines were met, planning was great. I recommend them!

This review was long overdue but finally i got the time to write about my experience working with J.P. DiMisa. The overall experience was great from project discussion to negotiations and coming on a mutual agreement. Finally the planning phase started and it was smooth, organized and detail oriented. Execution was what they were the best at. So skilled, professional and with a huge experience on their part they did everything extremely well. Followed all the requested formalities, safety guidelines, top class materials used. I can go on and on but i want to keep it short, Everything was 10/10, i'm truly satisfied for having chosen them for my project. Communication was clear as well and the payment installments were convenient and transparent, they didn't over charge us. Highly recommend this Builder, if you're looking to hire someone for building your dream house.

I've chosen this company because they're the best in their field. The projects which they worked on are truly prestigious and speaks a lot about their work style, quality, professionalism. Finally i had the budget to afford a good villa for myself and we had lot of design ideas in mind. The architects from this company were a pleasure to work with, very creative, detail oriented and they helped us design our dream home. The project is not yet completed as the work is still in progress but i can say that i'm pleased to have chosen them as this project holds an emotional value for me and my wife. All their team is really friendly, work in organized manner and planning is really top notch. They've always met deadlines without compromising on the quality or exceeding the estimated cost. I highly recommend them if you're looking for some top quality project
