J.S. Perry and CO. completed a remodel on our high rise condo. From the beginning when Steve sat down with us to LISTEN to what we wanted to do- it was all about "What do you want?" and " We can do that for you". This company really delivered what was promised in a professional and timely manner. The three most important aspects for us were: Honest, fair bids with no hidden expenses. Even with change order expenses, we always had an accurate cost estimate before work done. The high quality workmanship done to our complete satisfaction or re-done until it was perfect. There were no excuses, just - "We'll do it right for you. We want you to be happy." The friendly construction supervisors and workers. All the subcontractors were very polite and friendly as well. We actually miss seeing our construction supervisor! She was really great and made sure we worked together as a team. Because of J.S. Perry's wonderful work, we now have a beautiful home we enjoy living in! Thanks to everyone who did all the work :)

I had Steve and his company do am massive renovation on my water front property. Its was a multimillion dollar adventure. What my wife wanted is a very unique design. Nothing normal about it. Steve and his crew did am amazing job. It was not always 'happy times." I was spending millions to get this done and there were times I would get upset. But...Steve stay in complete communication, always provided the data that I was missing and worked hard to restore understanding. I can't tell you how much that was appreciated. We did a major remodeling of our beach house in Redington Beach, FL. They did an outstanding job. The process was extremely smooth, the communication was always constant and after completion they have been extremely responsive. The quality of their work is outstanding. We will use them again if we need to do any remodeling in the area.

While searching on HOUZZ for Florida coastal construction ideas to renovate a house, we came across a builder by the name of Steve Perry (J S Perry & Co.). Steve’s projects and reviews appealed to us so we arranged for a meet and greet at a potential project on Clearwater Beach. We liked him instantly. Instead of moving forward with the renovation project, we decided to build a new home in Belleair, Fl., and we knew Steve was our guy. Having built three custom homes in the past, we were very comfortable with the process and the expectations from both homeowner and builder. However, we were told by many friends that building in Florida would be a very different experience. Fortunately, the working relationship with Steve was top notch on every level. Even when faced with the usual bumps along the road that are typical during a construction project, Steve remained even tempered and always projected a ‘can-do’ attitude. Steve is not afraid to think 'outside the box’ in order to come up with creative solutions, while at the same time understanding the client’s needs. His architectural training also came in handy when working with our architects and when confronting complicated design issues that popped up along the way. Steve and his team do great work, offer great customer service and provide an open line of communication from start to finish. Since the project was finished, Steve has remained in regular contact to answer questions or deal with routine follow-up punch list items. We highly recommend J S Perry and would work with Steve again without hesitation.

Steve Perry is the consummate professional. I contracted with Steve to do a tear down and rebuild of a gulf front cottage. Steve handled all of the details from beginning to end and made many great suggestions during the build process to reduce cost or improve functionality of my home. He was always available to take my call and address any issue directly. He was personally involved and could always be counted on. The workmanship of his crew and subs was very good. I have many compliments on my home thanks to Steve and his team.

We bought a 100 year old historic beach home. The home needed a complete upgrade. We wanted to honor and preserve the historic nature of the home. Steve literally had to raise the entire structure six plus feet and repair termite damage from years of neglect. When I think of Steve, the word passion comes to mind. In 2012 while working under another firm, I designed a beach house, a very revolutionary and complex contemporary design. My biggest fear was that the project would get valued engineered based on its complexities. Once we met with Steve, he took ownership of the design and defended the key elements and made the design truly come alive. It has been the best experience for me to work along a General Contractor that understands and appreciates quality design, offers solutions to difficult problems, and keeps an open mind when hard decisions need to be made. We did a whole house remodel on Clearwater Beach. Another contractor said it couldn't be done because of FEMA restrictions. We wanted to keep the ranch style so our dogs could use the back yard and my in-laws wouldn't need to worry about stairs. The results are nothing short of spectacular. We were guided and informed every step of the way. Minor hurdles never became major hurdles. Steve and his crew were a pleasure to work with. The most important part is that when little issues came up months after completion, Steve would step up and get things taken care of. The service after the project completion has been the most impressive I have encountered with any project.

The bedroom done in Florida by J. S. PERRY & CO, INC, is like a beautiful drawing out of a fairytale book. The side table lamps on the Italian side tables, look amazing. The headboard is gorgeous. Love the bedspread from THE WHITE COMPANY in London. The carpet Looks like a Turkish Tabriz. Everything just flows, gently together. This room took a lot of talent to put together. I've loved decorating all my life. I thought I'd learned a lot, I now find, I've learned very little, and I need to carry on learning, through the amazing talents of people like J.S. PERRY & CO, INC. MAY I LEARN, GROW, AND IN TIME PERHAPS HAVE SOMEONE LEARN FROM ME. THATS MY GOAL... TO PASS ON SOMETHING I KNOW TO SOMEONE ELSE. NOW THATS COOL.

I have had problems finding quality work in the past and fired 3 contractors before I found JS Perry. They completed the work and did a great job. I was able to contact them with any questions and always got a quick response. We stayed on budget and completed on time. I am very happy with the finished product and would recommend this company without question.
