We cannot say enough wonderful things about our recent experience building our dream home with Jim and Justin Falisi. From beginning to end, their knowledge, professionalism, and pure talent was evident in every aspect of our project. Jim’s creativity and skill helped us design and modify our plans to perfection, and Justin transformed those plans into a reality right before our eyes. They were in constant contact with us every step of the way, advising us and working with us closely to insure our vision was realized. We initially chose Falisi Inc. for their local experience with township guidelines, but we would recommend them highly no matter where the project might be located. Our experience was the best we could have imagined, and it was a great pleasure to work with this fine team.

The plan was to sell our house and renovate our son’s basement into a comfortable apartment. We also decided to add an additional room off the back of his house. We decided to work with Falisi and Son. People we know gave their company very good reviews and they were correct. Even though this was a “smaller” job for their company, we always felt like it was an important job for them. Working with Justin was very easy. He listened to what we wanted and needed in our new living space. The work that was done was quality and timely. When Justin said they were working on something that day, they always showed up. As this is sometimes an issue with some contractors, we were very happy about the follow-through and commitment to completing the work. As we were not familiar with this type of construction, Justin was very helpful with suggestions to make the space work. We couldn’t be happier with the result. We would highly recommend Falisi and Son for any home construction needs. The apartment is better than we could have dreamed. It’s almost a year later. If we have any questions, we can still reach out to Justin and he responds back. We made the right choice.

Haven't used them yet, but spoke to him about where to begin before building our home. Also, what type of lot to look for, how big of a lot we need for the size of the house we want to build. Justin is so personable and likeable to speak with. Good people.

We have had a great experience working with Falisi & Son Construction. This was our first time building so we had no idea what this process would be like. Jimmy and Justin were able to be flexible and patient with us throughout the entire project. Whether it was a last minute change, or my million and one questions, they were understanding and very knowledgeable. My forever home is exactly what I envisioned.

Jimmy and Justin were absolutely wonderful to work with. They made everything possible and said yes when others might have said no. From top to bottom they use nothing but the best materials and it shows! They have great guys working for them and they all truly care about the quality of the house. We felt like they were part of our family as they came day after day and were so talented and a pleasure to deal with. They always answered and returned our calls, they surpassed our expectations with everything. They included many “extras” and didn’t charge us for them. Our house is truly amazing and everyday we get to pull in the driveway and say wow this is ours. Jimmy and Justin made our dreams of building come true and everything we wanted like barn doors, gold bath fixtures, real stone out front, custom made porch pillars, Christmas light package, Anderson windows, etc. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. It’s rare to complete a house and still love your builders and we do! Exceptional! Best decision we ever made was trusting them to build our dream home.

I can not say enough about the professionalism, customer service, and quality of work we received from Falisi and Son! They patiently guided us when we had questions and handled any last-minute changes gracefully. We never had a single problem with local inspectors because of the experience and knowledge of Falisi and Son. They are trustworthy, conscientious professionals. They handled every detail of the building process while working closely with our decorator; we couldn't be more thrilled with our dream home!

I recently decided to renovate my basement. I knew from the beginning that I would the only hire Jimmy and Justin. I had met them both several years ago when my husband and I were thinking of adding an addition onto our house. Their professionalism and honesty left a lasting impression. I worked with Jimmy and expressed everything I wanted in the basement and he brought that vision to life with his design. Once construction started Justin and his crew were great. There were no surprises and I was updated daily with the progress of the job. People are amazed when they see what Jimmy, Justin, and their crew did. It looks beautiful and is exactly what I wanted. They are the ONLY construction company I would trust to renovate my house.

In 2018 my husband and I decided to build our forever home. We were in the process of interviewing potential contractors when a friend told me to call Jimmy Falisi. After initial meeting we decided Jimmy had the job. We found him to be straight forward and honest. He was able to answer all of our questions and later provided us with a complete "no surprises" contract. We knew exactly how and where our money was going to be spent. That was extremely important to us. Once construction started Justin became our point of contact. He handled every issue and question we had like a pro. Any phone calls I made were retuned the same day. Justin and his crew were able to build us our custom dream home. I was able to pick out everything from windows, doors, siding, light/plumbing fixtures, etc. We absolutely love our forever home and couldn't be happier with the final product. Since moving in we've had a couple minor issues. I texted Justin and got an immediate response and resolution. Jimmy & Justin are fantastic to work with from start to finish.

Falisi and son built a mother in law addition on my house, livingroom, bedroom bathroom, and porch, very professional, no surprises, everything was perfect from the concrete foundation to the painting on the trim. We recommend them to everyone we know. Great customer service, return phone calls, great communication.

I cannot express my utmost satisfaction for Justin and his workers. They did a renovation on my house from one side to the other and I was never put out and their workmanship was the BEST!!! very neat and clean and everything exceeded my expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Words cannot express the joy and pleasure it has been to have you make Jane and my dream come true. It has been a wonderful experience from our first meeting, through the planning of our addition and on into the implementation of our expressed desires and wishes into reality. We feel so very fortunate to have met you and to have had you build our sunroom. Everyone in your organization was truly a professional, the work and detail you provided not only met our expectations but far exceeded them. Justin was on top of every phase of the construction, always communicated with us and never once was anything a bother or too much for him to take care of. It was always comforting to us when we asked about something or wanted some type of this or that to hear him say “No problem”. Our goal was to be in the room by Christmas and Justin made it happen. Again I cannot find words enough to thank you and tell you how pleased we are with the outcome and completion of our room. The only down side will be missing the pleasant interface we had with Justin and the crew. Please know that Jane and I hold you both in the highest regard and would recommend your skills to everyone. You are both men of your word, honest and trustworthy, as well as skilled craftsmen. These are not human attributes you find in many people today, but you exemplify these qualities. James Falisi contractors provided me with an accurate estimate and drawings to incorporate the numerous renovations we wanted done to our home. We expanded our home on 3 sides, including the basement and foundation, replacing the entire roof. It was a whole house renovation which involved every room in our home. Mr. Falisi kept us informed of progress at every step of the process, and they were always respectful of our living space and daily requirements. We have multiple pets in the home as well, and the workers were wonderful about causing as little disruption to them as possible. We consulted with them on colors and materials and I was always impressed with their knowledge and expertise in every area of home renovation. The finished project is everything I had hoped for! James Falisi and his team are simply excellent and I recommend their services without reservation.

Jimmy Falisi and his son, Justin, rate five stars for every aspect of the kitchen remodel completed for us. Our house is an older home and our kitchen was small. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted to do but knew we wanted more room, counter space, and openness. Jimmy designed and redesigned until we were comfortable with a concept. All of this took a lot of time and effort on Jimmy's part. Once the design was chosen, they gave us a starting date, which they honored. The job took longer than anticipated because in the middle of the remodel, our roof in the living room leaked and they added a roofing job and remodel of our living room to the original job. All of this was done with professional, caring personnel, led by Justin, who showed up every day, cleaned up every day and caused us the least amount of inconvenience possible. I would and have recommended James Falisi & Son to friends and family.

If I had to describe J. Falisis and Son it in one word it would be 'Trust'. We have all heard the nightmare stories of home building and I was filled with dread as we started the project of building our dream home. From our first meeting until the project was finished they were true professionals guiding us each and every step of the way. They were knowledgeable, they knew this house inside and out. They were always accessible, listened to our ideas and concerns and answered any questions we had. Jim helped us with our initial design, his insight and creative instincts are spot on. I am not always an easy person to work with but I learned early on that these guys know their stuff and that I needed to just relax and trust them. Their workmanship is superb, they people they deal with are top notch and what I thought was going to be a nightmare experience was must easier that I had ever imagined thanks to Jim and Justin. I have used James Falisi & Son to do multiple remodeling jobs at my home. In the mid ninety's I wanted a new Master Bedroom with a Master Bath. Doing this required a creative touch with the interior design of my home. Falisi Construction added the much needed rooms and kept the flow of the home. A few years later I was again adding onto my home and consulted with Mr. Falisi, who came back with a design that not only added the required space needed but totally changed the exterior look of the house without that "addition" look you see so much with less experienced contractors. His ideas and creativity make his designs stand out from the others, so once again 5 years ago I went to them and they designed a beautiful deck on the back of my home perfect for entertaining. I would, and have, recommend this company very highly

STOP...look no more Jim is your man. I cannot say enough good things about Jim and his crew. We contracted with Jim in 2000 to build our 4000+sf home. He handled every detail from clearing the lot, design adjustments and helped to get our barn up. You will not find anyone with greater integrity, honesty and professonalism then Jim. He pays attention to details as if he was building his own home. You don't have to watch every move he makes because you will quickly realize he has your best interest at heart. He also takes great pride in the work he does which insures you will get the best quality job possible. Jim is very well connected and has professionals for anything you need done. His whole group of contractors are all held to the same standards. They are positive, easy to work with and very approachable. You will actually enjoy the experience. I have and will continue to recommend James Falisi & Son Building Contractors to any and all who asks. You will be VERY happy you chose Jim.

When we decided to put an addition on our home in 2011, we got three bids from friend-recommended, local contractors. James Falisi & Son Building Contractors, Inc. was the mid-priced bid. They were chosen because James made us feel at ease with each decision we were making during the process, while -- at the same time -- not pressuring us to choose his company. That same courtesy continued throughout the building process, which took about three months for our 800 sq ft addition. As I made changes to structures or finishes, James and Justin very clearly let me know that there would be additional expenses and got back to me with estimates within a couple of days. My final bill was not a shock because I knew of the costs of the additions as we went along. Any phone calls I placed to James or Justin were returned within hours, if not minutes; I never felt as if I was bothering them when I had a question or concern. I doubt that I will ever go through this arduous process again, but if I did, I would hire them in a second!

i've worked with James and his company for the last fifteen tears. I have found him to be honest, professional, hard working and very good. I've seen a number of homes that he has built and was impressed with the quality and workmanship. I would recommend this company without question.

My husband and I had a home built by James Falisi &Son about 5 years ago. This was our first experience with having a home built from the ground up. When we first visited Jim it was because of his reputation for the details. Everyone who had used him commented on all the accents and details he adds to a project. When we received the proposal at first glance his pricing was right in line with the competition until we looked deeper and realized he had already included a lot of the additional upgrades I wanted to add to the home in his proposal, which others had not. Working with Jim and his son Justin could not have been easier or more enjoyable. They allowed us to be involved in every step of the experience, and no decisions were made without our say so. Jim was able to guide us on colors and patterns and materials we may want to use in a home of this style from his many years of experience. The home came out perfectly and right on schedule and was right in line with our initial projected cost, which I hear never happens with a custom home. We have used the Falisi's on other projects we have taken on in the past few years and while I have no intention of moving or building a new home anytime soon when the time should arrive I will definitely be contacting Jim and Justin for my next project and have referred them on numerous occasions.

James Falisi & Son was recommended to us when we were looking to remodel our kitchen and we would highly recommend them as well. We were looking just to have new cabinets, counter tops and flooring done because we could not see that anything else could be done with our floor plan. But, after meeting with them and hearing their vision of what could actually be done we now have a kitchen we never thought possible. We have twice as much counter space and it seems bigger then before. When it came to picking the cabinets, counter top, and flooring they put us in contact with very knowledgeable helpful individuals in their fields. Jim and Justin are very meticulous about the work they do as well as the individuals and businesses they recommend.

James Falisi and Son Construction is an honest and professional company. I had them replace the windows, siding, and the roof on my house. I also wanted to add two porches to the house but my wife was hesitant. Falisi Construction came over with drawings of what the house would look like with and without the porches which made it easy for my wife to decide to add both the porches. Once I saw that they would take the time to make the customer understand the process and be satisfied, I knew they were the contractor for us. I had them return a few years later to do some inside trim work throughout the house and still had the same great experience. To this date we still get compliments on our house and I would highly recommend James Falisi & Son to do any type of construction work to your home.

I have had J Falisi & Son on mutiple additions and renovations. The obvious reason, is that they are an excellent company to deal with. They are extremely knowledgable, professional, quality oriented and timely. I have know problem recommending them to anyone, and in fact two of my closest friends have had custom homes built by Falisi & Son and were completely satisfied.

My husband and I were extremely happy with our new kitchen. We also had a new dining room added with a 15 X 19 deck outside. The job was completed on time. We were able to use our kitchen through out the construction. Jim and his son, Justin were very professional and their expert knowledge on the details helped us very much. Jim Falisi and Justin remodeled my kitchen/dining room, they gutted my dining room and kitchen and made it one beautiful enormous kitchen. It is perfect, we love it! Their work was professional, showed up every day, work was completed much quicker than we anticipated. They cleaned up after themselves every day and there were no hidden fees, it was completed as quoted. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
