We bought our home in February of 2020 which was build by Jarman Homes. We feel it was very good construction, well build and very well designed inside and out. Neil and Joy were very easy to work with and were a big help in selecting the trim, granite, lights, flooring, tile, and colors. We would definitely recommend them as builders for your new home.

One of the best decisions my husband and I ever made was to ask the Jarmans to build our custom home. This husband-wife team is quite simply the best in the business! Quiet, capable, skillful Neil, and lively, creative, organized Joy are a true class act. They built our home and helped design the interior look with as much care and interest as if it were their own personal residence. Honesty and integrity are key to this couple. Jarman Homes built our dream home in 2017. We were building from out of state, and it couldn't have been easier. Joy, Neil and their team made sure that EVERY detail was perfect. When I struggled over what stone to use on the fireplace, Joy gently told me that what I was leaning towards probably wasn't the best choice with my color pallet. THANK goodness I listened! Her suggestion was PERFECT. From start to finish, our selection of Jarman Homes was the BEST decision we could have made. The compliments on our home continue to pour in. I'd build with Jarman Homes again in a heartbeat!!
