Jerezee Construction of Las Vegas just completed a total kitchen renovation for us. This included replacing a two-level, dysfunctional island with a larger counter-height island with waterfall sides, replacing existing cabinetry and adding more on the island, painting the walls of the kitchen/dining room area, and replacing all tile flooring in the common areas with laminate hardwood flooring. Some electrical and plumbing work was needed to support the reshaped island. This was accomplished in 5 weeks, all while we were living the house. The project manager did a great job communicating upcoming work on a daily basis, and was available for any questions we had. We had an assigned specialist that helped us bring our vision to light when shopping for the cabinetry, flooring, quartz counters, backsplash tile, fixtures and handles. Her recommendations were extremely helpful. All of the workers proved themselves to be very skilled, as well as being respectful of us living in the house. Value will be judged differently by each person. For us, the price was definitely worth getting the project completed in a short timeframe. Jerezee Construction has teamed up with a great collection of companies, and do a fantastic job communicating and coordinating the work so it is accomplished in the most efficient order and in a timely manner. We highly recommend Jerezee Construction for home renovations!

We were very impressed with Jerezee Construction's work ethic and attention to detail. The use of a binder with specs for each contractor to access and follow allowed for smooth and efficient transition s. Any concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Communication was excellent. We recently hired Jerezee Construction for a complete master bathroom shower rebuild, and the experience from start to finish was outstanding. This was easily a 5-star experience, both in quality of work and overall customer service. One of the things that impressed us immediately was communication. A group chat was created on day one, and the team stayed in constant contact throughout the entire project. We always knew what was happening, what to expect next, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The speed and efficiency were equally impressive. Roye originally quoted us 3–4 weeks for completion, and the project was fully completed in just 2 weeks without sacrificing quality. That level of execution and organization really stood out. Most importantly, we could not be happier with how our shower turned out. The tile work looks fantastic, and the added shampoo niche and corner bench completely elevated the space. Professionalism across the board was exceptional. Everyone involved was respectful, friendly, punctual, and clearly took pride in their work. The team also did a great job protecting our home throughout the construction process, which we appreciated. Special thanks to Candace, our designer, for helping guide us through tile and hardware selections. Her input made a huge difference. Cisco, our Project Manager, was incredibly responsive, communicative, and genuinely pleasant to work with throughout the process. Roye was regularly on-site inspecting work and checking in, which gave us a lot of confidence that things were being handled properly. We really appreciated how diligently and efficiently everything was managed from beginning to end. We are extremely happy with the final result and would absolutely hire Jerezee Construction again for future projects in our home.

The soaker tub and shower was converted to a wheelchair accessible shower. Design plans were drawn up, permits were acquired, demolition took place. Tiles and fixtures were chosen with help from their designer. Floor and water pipes were reconfigured, new tile and fixtures installed. It was very easy to work with all the staff and work crews. I had confidence in all that was done.

Will recommend Jerezee to anyone and already have to friends. On budget. On time. Able to pivot with changes. Professional. Our project manager Shon came to the house every day and texted us every evening what the plan was for the following day. Candice was immensely helpful to us in picking out tile, cabinets etc. All in all Shon, Candace and Jerezee made our renovation into a huge upgrade for our home.

We had our primary and a next gen bathroom remodeled at the same time. Shon, Ian, and Clara were fantastic to work with. They listened to our needs and project requirements, provided recommendations and options, maintained daily communications, managed expectations, and saw the projects to completion within the estimated time frame. We absolutely love the finished product!
